Best nail service and foot massage! I just moved to Azle from California and I found this place from Google and Yelp. Tammy was so detail oriented. She took time to do my pedicure. She wasn't in a rush and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. This place use sterile tools to clean my nails so I give them 5 stars for cleanliness. Megan did my eyebrows and she did a great job too! I found amazing people that can do the job right. Thanks to all the good reviews about this place. This will be my permanent nail salon. They did not follow their prices that they have listed online and after they were they started filing along the edge of my and filed off the sides of my and it looks like crap not very impressive for French nails advise you do not go there unless you're just wanting something cheap and easy to have done. them to please fix them and then they wanted me to sit and wait to have them done. Just go somewhere else. I told the owner this was coming. I went in and asked for a mani and pedi. I almost walked out mid way through. I was seated with a lady named Tammy. Short black hair. Absolutely the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. Let's not forget the constant water dripping on me from the ceiling. I asked for a higher level mani and pedi and got less than a 5 minute massage total. Yea, that includes my hands and my feet.... Tammy was digging her nails into my toes the whole time to "hold down" my toe. And my "mani" was a bowl of cold water and a file that made my nails 10x more crooked then they were before I went in. Never going back again. I've heard complaints from other customers about this Tammy lady yet she still works there and does a horrible job. I dont know why read more

The last two times my husband and I came to get pedis the female kept pressing her breast tissue into the bottom of my husbands feet during his foot massage my female operator kept my feet firmly face down during my massage or positioned herself to the side if my feet were up to maintain distance between her chest and my feet I would caution any women to keep an eye out for this kind of behavior and if it happens to you stay aware and go elsewhere if you have too. read more

This nail salon can be hit or miss depending on who does your nails. I have been here about 6-8 times over the past year & don't remember everyone's names but Lena and another lady do a great job. There seems to be less of a wait time earlier in the day on weekdays, but usually a 10-45 minute wait after 3pm AND on weekends (even with an appointment). I don't mind the wait because they do a better job than others here in Azle, but it would be nice to start on time. With Lena, I never have to ask her to fix the shape, length or angle of a nail. She never misses a spot or gets polish on your skin either. If you're patient with her process, she always gets it right. Just be verbal about what you are wanting (color, length, thickness etc.) and she will deliver! read more

Definitely wish I would have done my regular length but still cute. My daughter and I visited this salon mid day and have to say I will not be returning. The front manager was pushy to get us in a chair but we had to wait 10+ minutes to get any attention. He offered all other patrons a beverage but us. We got up once to leave but he assured us that his tech was in the process of setting us up. And again. After we sat down, it was 10 more minutes before my daughter got attention...and then the gentleman that was working on her pedicure rushed her service and it was a horrible job and he finished my daughter before I was done. I will say my tech did provide a decent pedicure though But again, there are a lot of salons in our area and I would not recommend this one. read more

I got a dip manicure and everything was fine EXCEPT they charged for the coffin shape and didn't tell me until after they did my nails. To me it seems very silly to charge for a "shape" of nail. That should just be part of the package of getting your nails done, like it is at every other nail place I've ever been. Other than that, they seemed friendly and clean. read more

On 04/22/2023 my daughter and I went in for a pedicure. The technician started using the foot file on my toe and instantly I felt pain. The file had removed a chunk of skin from the side of my toe and I was bleeding. She tried to stop the bleeding. Then she moved on to the other side of my foot with the same results another large deep cut. it took a lot of band aids to stop my foot from bleeding excessively. The reason for the cuts was due to a new file and she had forgot it was brand new and sharp. Honestly it kind of embarrassing to be bleeding and my 2 year old granddaughter was with us and I didn't want her to get upset. I was charged full price and I paid. I should have fought it but I just wanted to get out of there. When I got home and took the bandages off and saw the damage to my foot I was angry. Have been getting pedicures for years and I have NEVER had a pedicure injury. It was painful to walk. I called and advised them I think I deserve a refund. They said the manager would call me back shortly. In a couple hours I received a call back and I was informed the owner would call me back. Well it's 5/17 almost a month and I have never received this call. I have been a customer for a while and I probably would have went back and just not used that employee. But not now !!!!! read more

Very disappointed! I liked this place at first. I just had my nails dipped two days ago. They were gorgeous, but the thumb nail split/cracked down the middle. I went back, and a girl named "Lena" was really irritated to have to fix it. I had my receipt, and I knew the number of the color. I told her I would pay for her time. She grilled me with questions wanting to know who did my nails, where did I sit, what day was I there. Other people were staring. She started to gripe about me in her native language to coworkers. The girl that did my nails walked in, but I didn't want to call attention to her. What does it matter? I just wanted to pay to fix it and move on. Lena just dipped my nail over the crack. Afterwards, the nail was somehow cemented to my actual thumb and tore the skin to try to get it loose. Then she says, "this nail will be thicker than the others." Sure it will, because your didn't do it right. Hateful! Avoid Lena if you go here! read more

Very disappointed with the service I received today! Needless to say this place is expensive! Which I didn't mind in the past because I was getting great customer service and my nails looked great! Well, today Lynn N. did my manicure. She had an appointment coming at 12:00. It was 11:30 when the front desk helper told her that her appointment was 30 minutes earlier. Lynn cut my finger, and rushed to finish my manicure. When I asked her if she was going to clean my nails one more time as I still had nail polish out and messy, she said she was done and walked away to meet her next appointment. Johnny felt bad and cleaned her mess. This is not a reason not to go back, because everyone else was nice and did an amazing job with pedicures and manicures for the rest of my family, but we will make sure we will ask NOT no have Lynn N. next time!
