I have been getting waxed for 5 years now and this is by far the WORST experience I ever had. As a new client my appointment was supposed to be $32.50. I was charged an extra $41 due to her waxing my inner thighs and a stomach strip. She included it with the service but charged me after my appointment for them. And not to mention she couldn't even grip the wax to pull off my body! She was struggling to pull the hair, took a few times to get a single strip off, talk about skin irritation!
