Horrible place. I would never come here again. Came here to get a gel manicure and they barely cleaned my cuticles. It looked horrible. I made an appointment for 5:45 they started my nails at 6:15 left me waiting for 40 minutes with the foils on my nails. And three different person came to do my nails. Left there at 7:30. She cleaned and painted my nails in 5 minutes but it took that long because they left me waiting forever with the foils on my nails. My nails did not look good at all. I was there two days ago and my nails are all peeling and my toenails looked incredibly rushed (I had the same woman do both). Additionally, the color was nothing like what was pictured on the chip and when I spoke up she just smiled and kept going. Unfortunately with the peeling, I have to go get my nails redone in the am. Kerri did my nails and did a great job. She is really an expert with the powder nails. My powder manicure has lasted 4-weeks. She even mixed colors for me to get the exact shade I wanted. I would have give Q-Nails 5 starts but I had an appointment, arrived on time, and ended up waiting for 30 minutes . This aggravates me to no end. If I make an appointment it is because I don't have time to wait around. Other than the 30 minute wait I had a good experience and my nails came out great. read more

This nail spa is good, and close by to me so it's the most convenient spot. They do a great job here but just like any other place, some do a better job than others. The prices are fair. The only complaint I have, is the organization of appointments. If you call to make an appointment, it really doesn't matter. You may wait 45 minutes to an hour. They over-book which causes a long wait regardless of the list of appointments and walk ins. If you are pressed for time, go somewhere else or go during the week-day during morning hours. read more

Went in to have my gels removed and get a manicure with clear coat polish. The tinfoil she used to wrap my nails was crumbled and looked like it had been used. Left with nails that were "square" shape (as I requested) but with edges so sharp on the corners that I actually snagged my shirt. Also, the woman who did my filing left it uneven and with ragged edges. My third time going there and definitely my last. Be aware, the cleanliness of this salon has concerned me in the past, but given the 'botch' job I received for a simple manicure was unacceptable. Highly UNRECOMMEND. read more

I went in for a manicure and was asked at least three times if I was getting gel and each time I said no, just a manicure. I was told to sit in a chair and waited around 5mins for someone to come over and acknowledge me - not even a simple "I'll be right with you" or anything. One girl did come over and took my nail color along with a few others, but left one, which ended up being another girl's color. Finally she came to me and asked what I was getting. I said a manicure and she said "are you doing gel?" I said "no." She again asked if I wanted gel and again said "no." We then get started with the manicure. All is well until it's time for polish. She puts on the clear base and then right after asks me to pay before she does the color, so this smudges the clear base - does she redo them? No. She continues to put on the color, which is now showing bumps on five of my nails, so I say something. If I hadn't, she would've pretended like nothing was wrong. So she repaints them, puts the top coat, and they dry. My thumb ended up looking like it had cracks in the polish, so she had to redo that one for a third time. So I've been a customer since the salon opened. For the first few years, I had a range of quality with pedicures - some outstanding, some just good. I had a dip manicure once or twice that was nice. However last year I found Harley! She does a fabulous, best dip manicure. She does a super job, pays attention to every detail AND she is a sweetheart! Jackie has done my dip as well, and also does a REALLY nice job! All of the staff are pleasant to deal with. I usually make an appointment and have only every had to wait once for 15 minutes. read more

Stopped in to try this place out on my way home from work. Everyone was super friendly and I was greeted promptly. Linda gave me a pedicure and it was hands down one of the best ever. I was just going to get a regular manicure because I'm super picky about my shellac, but Linda was so great I decided to give it a go. Not the best, not the worst- won't be coming back. +'s: The exterior & interior are update. Clean. Updated & working pedicure chairs. Walk in availability. Prices average. -'s: Rushed pace & low quality job. Minimal effort to ask what you want or ensure you like how it looks. The nail polish color I chose for my toes was running out, rather than fetch a new bottle or offer a new choice she squirted water, saline or acetone in it and watered it down. This caused the paint to come out thin, streaky, and for it to dry bumpy and uneven. Then for the French gel manicure she didn't ask me what shape I wanted my nails or how short I wanted them she just started filing away. When she went to start the line she made it way too thick. When I asked her to make it thinner she rolled her eyes and barely adjusted it. Each finger was a different thickness and the lines were not clean. There were areas too far below and areas too close causing a bumpy edge. She didn't paint over the edge of my nail either so it chipped and peeled in a few days when gel is supposed to last weeks. Overall clean & nice environment, but rushed & sloppy work. read more

The salon is also elegant, the chairs are very comfortable ...I cannot even describe how happy I am to have a place and person I can depend on for extreme satisfaction .I do not have one complaint. read more

I have been here quite a few times, because it is convenient. It is on my way to work and from work, so I can sneak in getting my nails done when I have an extra 30 minutes or so. On a few occasions I have had to wait, which is fine, if I know that I am going to have to wait. Often times, you sit and they wrap your nails leaving you to believe that your on your way to getting your nails done to go about the rest of your day. Today was a 90 minute process for a 30 minute manicure. As soon as I entered the girl took me to a chair and wrapped my nails. She left me there for 45 minutes. I unwrapped my nails myself and was going to walk out the door. When she finally looked up and said someone will be over in 5 minutes. Naturally it was the slowest girl in there, so it took another 45 minutes for her to file, buff, do my cuticles and polish. All said and done I got there at 1 PM and I left at 2:30 PM. I wish someone would tell you when you get there, how long it's going to be. I ended up being late for work. While I was sitting there, two ladies came in signed in and sat down. Another lady came in, WAS NEVER acknowledged, sat down and after 10 minutes of not even being acknowledged walked out. After another 10 minutes or so, the other two walked out as well. Acknowledge your patrons and have some convo along the lines of "we will be right with you" , or "it will be 10 minutes" or "it will be 90 minutes". Let us decide to wait or leave!!!!!!! I took my daughter and her BFF here for Pedi's. The 3 of us were treated likes queens. Vickie and Aconnie were so friendly and attentive. The place is immaculate! They are very clean and very gentle. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again. My toes look amazing and my feet and legs are soft and smooth! read more

My nails grow so fast that I was coming in very often for a fill so she made some suggestions so I could save a little money and time ! Wanted to really like this place, considering it's near my work. Went to get a dip removal and a manicure, literally had 3 people work on my nails first two had no idea what they were doing and the third rushed through my nails like I didn't matter. When I go get my nails done I wanna feel comfortable and relaxed, I felt the complete opposite. I felt like I inconvenienced them. Updated review::: I went to Q nails for a pedicure.. I must have been asked if I wanted the " green tea pedicure" 10 times. Which is super annoying because they push this green tea pedicure but do not tell you its $60!! ( I learned this the hard way when I accidently said yes one time) So the woman doing my feet did nothing but TALK the entire time to the woman working next to her. Next, I said can you please add on a callus removal. She then told me the " only way your feet are going to get smooth is if you purchase the green tea pedicure". At this point I wasn't even feeling relaxed anymore. I just wanted to leave. I should have known it was going to be a horrible pedicure when she started CUTTING my toenails with a CUTICLE REMOVER TOOL!!! It was so painful I had to tell her to just use a toe nail clipper. Who cuts toe nails with a cuticle remover clipper? Finally, the massage part came- which I am always looking forward too. Well let me tell you this was by far one of the WORST massages I ever received. The first leg was so short that when she started on the second I put my phone timer on... it was 45 seconds.. and all she did was rub up and down my leg with her palms while she was distracted while talking to the woman next to her. I will never go to this salon ever again especially since there is another nails salon right across the street that doesn't try to pressure you into getting the most expensive pedicure. This is the last time this place will get business from me. The lady took my gel overlay off, which is what I was told it was when I got it done 3 weeks ago (and it was a great experience). Apparently it wasn't a "gel overlay" and was thick gobs of acrylic powder. I didn't even ask for her to take them off I asked for her to change the polish and cut my nails down. This time, the woman Kerri, was super rude. Everyone kept coming over to look at my nails and then speaking in their language while looking at me. First of all, if you want to build a client base because you've only been open a month you should probably not have such a condescending attitude towards them and have all your coworkers speak a different language while gawking at them? She charged me $10 to take off my "gel" overlay then REFUSED to give me a regular gel manicure and wanted to charge me $55 to put on new acrylics when I told her 10 thousand times I did not want a fill or another "gel" overlay OR ACRYLICS!!!!. I wanted a simple gel manicure which is EXACTLY what I said when I walked in. It's not that hard. She then proceeded to charge me another $15 to just do clear polish because she refused to do anything else. She didn't even deserve a tip. I am so upset because this new nail place is 5 minutes from my house but I am happily going back to my old nail salon for the sole fact that this woman denied me service and refused to do what I asked, with no valid reason. She kept saying my nails are too thin when my nails are naturally thin and I get gel manicures every 2 weeks, so she has absolutely no idea what she's talking about. She also cleaned the tools she was using in front of me with hand sanitizer, as a health care professional, this is disgusting. DO NOT go to this place unless you don't want the service you want or asked for and want an unsanitary experience! I will be getting a REAL gel manicure from a REAL nail technician tomorrow. read more
