We weren't able to play putt putt golf, it was a busy night. We decided to go check out the bar/lounge area and order drinks. We ordered a few cocktails, but we're not happy with the drinks. Visited again and the service when putting needs improvement. The server comes around while you're putting to take drink orders. I asked for a water at hole 3 and she never brought it or asked if we needed anything again. Not sure if it's because she knew the water wouldn't come with a tip but I would've eventually got another cocktail if I could get a water first. I wanted to check out Puttery when I was in Charlotte but didn't get a chance. My friend was in town, and I was looking for something unique for all of us to do. Flight Club was booked up, so I decided to look into Puttery. We did the ski lounge resort course which was unfortunately very crowded and it felt rushed at times when the next group is waiting on you to finish. Each course gets more challenging as you near the last one. It's a fun experience for the price but drinks were expensive and okay. read more

Hmm. What to say. I guess meh. Food and drinks were fine. Bar areas were cool but not well kept. Went on a Friday afternoon in December so most areas were reserved for groups. Hosts at the front desk were from helpful to idiots. Were told first floor was reserved and to go to second floor and patio. Got there and most of it was reserved. Patio doors were locked but no one other there. Ask an employee about it and she said yes it is open but since it's closed maybe not and went back to here duties. Totally clueless. Bad employees is a pet peeve of mine. The golf, well it was in a word "boring" had 3 themed courses that were just not very exciting. " The Buck stops with me" Puttery HTX General Manager. After attending the Puttry's soft opening with a networking group I was super excited to host my 35th birthday there. What I expected to be a seamless lively celebration was actually pure and utter chaos that ultimately resulted in abysmal customer service by the GM and other staff when I raised concerns about being overcharged and items included in the package I selected not being delivered on. Rather than rectify the situation I received very little if at all responsiveness from their team and when they did find time to communicate I was given the run around. When I was finally able to speak to the GM, he was extremely unprofessional and hostile. I spent close to $2000 patronizing this establishment to celebrate a milestone birthday only to be treated disrespectfully and receive subpar customer service. Not only that but the GM proceeded to call me opportunistic when I literally spent thousands of dollars and added another manager on three way to the call to have her tell her side as if I concocted a lavish tale when there are literally systems in place they can reference to verify the issues I raised. I am absolutely certain that if I weren't a Black Woman I wouldn't have been treated so poorly. When you're in the hospitality industry customer service is of the utmost importance and given this is a new establishment you would think they'd want to ensure patrons have nothing but the best experience. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment but if you choose to here are some recommendations for FUTURE LARGE PARTIES.   1. Have a person organize and hand write names on putting tickets (so bring a pen!) 2. Make sure to request everything in PACKAGE THEY WILL NOT DELIVER ON WHAT IS AGREED UPON OR DELIVER THE NECESSARY ACCOMMODATIONS 3. Be sure to drink before you arrive. Ok the concept is incredible and I think they really have something here. I can't help but notice some critical flaws, however. The downstairs, which has a large bar, bar tables, and a large area of couches. Plus one 9-hole course. Sounds cool, right? It is! What isn't cool is the bathroom situation. While I recognize the fact that the facilities are pretty and gender neutral, the fact remains that the bathrooms are tragic. There are two individual private bathrooms. That is: 2 smalls rooms each with a toilet and a sink. So, no urinal, so there's pee all over the seat and around the toilet. Ew. Also, THERE ARE ONLY TWO TOILETS ON THE WHOLE FIRST FLOOR. WHAT THE WHAT AND WHY. I got in line with ONE person ahead of me and ended up going back to my group because it took soooo long. Also, too many sharp drops in the themed rooms from the holes. Round those out to avoid drunken mistakes. read more

This place is FUN! First off, the DJ tonight was AMAZING!!! He played all types of genres and it was a hit with each song (especially the Caribbean music ). It was just a great time. Came in on a Monday and this place exceeded my expectations. It has a really chill vibe. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. It wasn't very busy and we were able to play all 3 of the themed courses without time restraints. The food was good and the drinks were too.
