I had a confirmed reservation for last Friday at 7:00. They texted me at 6:01 to tell me they had a buy out and canceled my reservation. I had to call them to get more details and they had no real apologetic answer. Simply , "oh, I guess someone on the team forgot to contact you". They then called me at 7:00 and suggested I could go ahead show up. Who is running this place? This was my birthday celebration and my guests were already headed to location for pre-cocktails. Went here for a double date and it was such a great experience. It's an adult only 21+ mini golf course. There were 3 different themed courses each costed $18.00 there was a secret menu specifically for the courses. You'll receive a server that brings the drinks to you while on your course. This place was so cute with the decor all the way down to the details. The drinks were fresh and creative. The staff was very helpful and bubbly! This was the best experience of our lives. In a flurry of a hurry, I went down to the conservatory and scored 3 holes in one. There were fishes and trees but missing the sea. This is a VERY cool place and the food was good BUT the service and bar need some serious improvement. Food trickled out, which would have been fine if the drinks came quickly after we ordered. BUT the drinks took so long to get to us + they ran out of olive juice for martinis by 830....on a Friday night! We finally got one of pizzas took after waiting for 48 minutes. The entire dining experience was frustrating, BUT the putt putt was super fun. Maybe just go for drinks and that. overall, I'd wait a few months to go, hoping they just need to iron out kinks as they're still somewhat new. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and very good! Also, quick to come out once we put our order in. The only reason I wouldn't give this play 5 stars is due to the service staff. Besides the person working at the front desk, the servers and the people at each course taking the tickets did not seem like they wanted to be at work. They were very short and quick with their responses and non conversational. Any questions or concerns about anything didn't seem to matter. This place is very unique in its concept, the price to putt putt 6-8 holes may seem steep compared to regular putt putt experience HOWEVER I will pay double their price for the service we were offered. Our first time out as an engaged couple and this staff made it EXCEPTIONAL! After grabbing a drink at the bar we sat at a table through the bubble wall. Kayla, a server for the room, immediately greeted us with cheer. Although our drinks were full she treated us with the type of kindness and hospitality you just cannot put a price on. She was so enjoyable we finished our drinks, our putt putt game and immediately returned to her section to enjoy her presence. Nicolette (sp) the manager came over and matched Kayla's energy of kindness. Sometimes instagram worthy venues can seem cold but not Puttery. This place sounded like a unique experience so decided to try it out; The lady at the register was very dismissive when I said we had never been there before and wasn't sure how the experience worked. The bar staff were extremely slow to provide service and they seemed more caught up in socializing with each other than taking care of customers. We did the nature conservatory course and it was so packed it felt more like being in a crammed elevator than a fun enjoyable experience. The courses are tiny and hardly fun at all. The decor was very bland. Service was awful, got charged for a drink that didn't come until after we finished the last hole and we ordered when we first started playing. The music was so loud you couldn't have any type of conversation. Definitely a terrible experience and will never go back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

The Drinks let me be real honest, I didn't try any alcoholic beverages because I don't drink BUT their Dr.Pepper tasted really nasty all soapy yet their cups all smelled like wet dog. We didn't even finish them. As far as the mini golf, while it was FUN because of our friends ...the amount of time we spent was very short for the time we waited and price we paid. Our reservation was for 9:30 p.m. and we got their at 9:10 to have time to understand how Puttery worked YET.... They said we couldn't start until 9:50 because 9:30 is just a window time. We respected that and thought to get food nobody came to us, nobody came our way even when making eye contact! We had to find someone who didn't want to serve us and then find another server. Anyways... we get to our themed park at 9:50 they let us start playing at 10 and we were done by 10:30. Horrible experience. We prepaid for a group of 14. They refused to honor the reservation and were flat out rude about it. Finally deigned to let us a putt putt an hour after our PREPAID time, then would not let us sit anywhere to wait. The manager went so far as to show up at a table we managed to find with an armed security guard and told us to leave. Wow! Avoid this place at all costs. On a positive note, while we had the table we had drinks and snacks. The servers were awesome. With management/administration treating customer so reprehensibly this place cannot last long.
