New mini golf spot in Charlotte. We had a chance to play on the library golf course and overall had a great time. The golf course was pretty cool with plenty of awesome props. Everything is computerized and therefore makes it easier to track scores. They also bring you drinks while playing which is pretty nice. The course itself was definitely small making it slightly harder to actually putt. The beers range from $6-$8 with mixed drinks being more. The course itself was about $18 and you have to register beforehand for a tee time. We got lucky and were able to walk in since somebody canceled. Overall, I do like this place and will be back to try out the other course next time in in Charlotte. Definitely on the pricier time but the staff and vibes are pretty good. read more

The putting courses are fun. Food is good, but not as good as the price reflects. Neither are the drinks. The staff was all friendly, but why is the guy running food to tables shirtless? Every time he walked by our table we got wafted with body odor. I'd probably go back for the putting, but I'll pass on the meal next time. read more

Definitely a fun change of pace for a weekend night out! There are two courses to choose from - The Library and The Conservatory. We chose The Conservatory which was fun and posed quite a challenge! The holes are very unique in nature. The course was backed up and a bit crowded in regards to navigating through each hole. They have a DJ who played good music it was just too loud to try and hear or converse with one another. The drinks were mediocre, nothing crazy here but not terrible either. We did not try the food so I cannot comment on that. Overall, fun to check out but we did not stay and hang out at the bar or get food after we played. read more

Drinks took a while considering how dead the bar was, but were good once we got them. One of the courses was glitching so they were sending everyone to the other course. This made the open course very crowded and congested even for the middle of a week day. You must have a tee time to be able to play. You can schedule this ahead of time or walk-in. The establishment itself was pretty clean, especially the bar/restaurant portion. Unfortunately, there were leftover drinks and empty glasses everywhere along the course. This past Friday we had our Lady of Lexus meeting at Puttery Charlotte. The founder originally planned for 15-20 Lexus owners to attend. She called ahead to reserve a section for the attendees. When most of the ladies started to arrive they experienced difficulties trying to find parking. The Puttery has limited parking spaces in their lot. It is shared with the taco restaurant adjacent to them. There is parking on the street. Once everyone arrived the ladies started ordering food and drinks. Our server Sydney found it difficult to take and deliver orders because of the layout of the lounge area. The founder also found it challenging to speak over the music and chatter from other guest. I requested to speak with the manager and quickly arrived Thomas to save the evening. I explained the situation and he immediately moved into action and arranged for us to move into a private event space. This was perfect! The room was comfortable, plenty of seating with tables for us to write and take notes. The founder could speak and be heard by everyone. Sydney was able to finish taking orders and collect payment easily. We were all so grateful for the prompt service and kindness shown from the staff. Went for the Father's Day special which was advertised as adults only and a no wait golf experience with a tee time. The food was horrible at 40$ a plate came unseasoned, and not even hot room temp is being generous. The golf courses were absolutely atrocious waited 30+ minutes to play the first hole and waited 15+ mins to play every hole after. I had the best time at puttery with my girlfriends. The atmosphere was fun and we loved the vibe. The DJ brought good music after they dimmed the lights. Our server, Deonte was amazing! He took very good care of us and we loved him! I had the potato flatuas and the honey hot pizza and both were really good. I would definitely come back. Be prepared to wait for the mini golf. Such a fun night out! Our group of 5 came on Thanksgiving Eve and we got a reservation right away. We had a few minutes before our tee time so we stopped at the bar to get a drink. The bartenders were super friendly and made excellent drinks. We played in the Library Room and it was very cool. It was slightly crowded so we had a little wait in between holes but it was fine because we were drinking and just hanging out. It was a little disappointing to only play 9 holes instead of 18 but still a great time. The room had its own bar so it was nice to not have to go back to the lobby for every drink. On hole 8 there's also a cute little Photo Booth spot which was very fun. We already have plans to come back and play in the conservatory. Highly recommend! read more

Came here on a Saturday night and of course it was busy. I did both sides and my favorite hands down was the library. It seemed more open, warm, and inviting. The conservatory felt cold, compact, and the concept didn't seem well thought out. In between games I sat and had a couple of drinks with my husband. The spirit of summer was alive tonight in Puttery Charlotte! Had a blast playing both 9 hole courses, dancing to the DJ's non-stop mixes, and laughing with friends. Tried a beef slider and a Margarita Stand-Off which was even prettier than it was tasty. The servers and concierge at the mini golf stations were super friendly, professional, and attentive - I haven't had great service like this in a long time. They not only kept up with the crowds, they were ahead of us at every turn. Soooo well done on the staff management and hospitality training, was so impressed. I'd definitely come back for a double date night or a GNO. Some of those mini golf holes tho, am I the only one who was looking like a fool on #9 in the Conservatory?! ...don't worry though, the electronic scoring keeps things easy & fun even if your ball is off in the hallway somewhere. Lol Each 9 hole course takes about 30 min and there are special cocktails available exclusive to each course. I love mini golf so my friend and I checked out Puttery Charlotte on my most recent visit. I grabbed a beer from the bar, the selection was okay. It is 21+ and walk-ins are welcome but I recommend reserving a time online. There are two courses to choose from, the library (more fun) and the conservatory (more challenging). It is $18 per person, per round or you can pay $27 per person to play two rounds. We chose the library but ended up going over to the conservatory because the wait was so long which was disappointing. The course was challenging but not very fun. read more

My expectations were "middle of the road" so that helped me on how I review this place I will say that the putt putt area we were in was SUPER CRAMPED and crowed for the scenic or jungle or whatever they call it (apologies for not remembering). We went on a Friday AFTERNOON and it was still crowded but on the flip side, most of the groups that were there were on a work team building offsite. Um ...what?! My name is Amber and are any of you guys hiring?!? I need to put my resume on business card formatting. Lol hit folks with the high level facts and contact info! (Don't steal my idea) Food was really good but getting a drink or even getting a server to realize we were there was hard. I finally marched right on up to one I assumed was working the area We were sitting in and asked. They did apologize for not coming sooner (30 min ago) but they thought we were with the other groups sitting around us. We told him we weren't and our drinks are from the bar...both rounds...because we had to walk over to said bar and order... Which bring me to my last point. You can't "cross open tab" lol that's my term ...not theirs. If you open a tab at the main bar, you can't keep it open and add to it from the bar in the putt putt area. Blah. I have to side with many people on this app. The puttery has some serious potential but there are some definite pros and cons. I'll try to be detailed. All in all it was a fun time with friends but I doubt I'd go back. Pro- cute and classy atmosphere. Adorable decor from checkered floors to a beautiful bar. Pro- fun course with friends. Nicely paced for about a 30 minute adventure. Medium hard- challenging b it fun. Good score keeping. Con- awful parking. We couldnt find parking so I called. Couldn't not understand them well on the phone but finally realized they said they have a lot but if it was full, they recommended the gravel one. Their lot has about 20 spaces max. For a place built to house hundreds. So of course it was full. The gravel lot would only let us select 6 hours for parking so we spent $10. My friends found some cheaper parking but walked a lot. Con- system failures and staff were checked out. When we checked in, the staff messed up our numbers and spelled names wrong (just ask). We noticed the computers were all offline so we asked. She was like "oh right the system is down. Never happened before" finally the system came back b it it was not our group. We had to find the people it was to get them to proceed by entering their scores. The staff then came to us to explain how it worked. This happened 3-4 times without any apologies or explanation from staff. Many times we were left waiting for 10-15 minutes totally confused. Con- the music. It would suddenly get really loud. So loud we were shouting. Then it would shut off. Then the genre would abruptly change. Weird energy there. Pro and Con- Many servers wearing earbuds with music blaring as they took our order. The food (mushroom pizza) came out fast and so fresh. The bartenders took forever to serve us but were apologetic and kind when they made it to us. They have a lot of options and pretty cocktails but they are pricy for sure. My partner got a bramble and loved it. I got a Rum and soda with mint. Both fresh and delish but $25 dollars with a tip later. We not used to this. All in all this is a fun place to go with friends but they have some definite room for improvement. We all agreed that the putt putt was cool but cramped and short for what you pay. The bar was adorable and classy but expensive. For a $50+ per person l I'd like to see customer service and quality of care higher. read more

We made a visit to see the place around 10 pm on the weekend. Interesting place, and. it was not busy, so we sat at the bar to get a drink. After waiting for about 5-minutes a bartender helped us get a drink. She was rude, not welcoming, and threw our drinks on the bar. The bartender walked by multiple times without asking us if we were doing OK or if we wanted another drink. We saw other patrons getting the same poor service, and ended up, leaving quickly, which explains why they aren't busy. This place needs active management and training of their staff. read more

This was the first time I had been to the Puttery! I had such a great time too. They have limited parking so you may have a tough time during peak hours. We had a group of 4 people and had no issue playing the courses, we did the Conservatory course which was a blast. The themes were really cute! Cute place, cool atmosphere. Went out for a little putt putt with a 4 person group last night. We chose the library scene, glad we did, super cool! Although the conservatory looked neat from afar. It was very crowded for a Sunday night, we did find that we bumped into a lot of people due to space constructions. But we made the best of it! The score cards were on iPads - very efficient. We ordered a few drinks, the bbq on a Saturday night and tasty green. The Bourbon BBQ drink was fantastic - however the bartender was quite rude. Especially to my best friend who was expecting. Don't ever make a reservation at this place. They make you cancel your entire slot if you try to modify your reservation online, and if you come in person to sort it out, they make you fill out a paper form for a refund. I filled out the form. It's been almost four weeks and, despite promising to do so within 7-10 days, they still haven't refunded my money. No one ever answers the general phone line, and they don't respond to Facebook messages or have any other contact method. And even if you make a reservation, it's pointless, because you're still sharing the course with a huge crowd, including walk-ins (on weekends anyway). The experience is essentially standing in a very long line of drunk people and occasionally stepping out of it to play. The employees don't do much to pace the crowd. The courses are a cool idea but the service is atrocious, and the experience doesn't come close to outweighing that. read more

Went to Puttery 2/14/25 with my partner for their Valentine's Day special where you play golf and eat from a specific menu for $60/pp. We had a reservation and arrived on time. We checked in at the front and were told to golf first then eat because most tables were already taken. No problem! We chose the Library course and it was fun! There was a live DJs and we shared 1 cocktail. The music was on par with the holiday. After golf, we made our way to find a worker to be seated and were taken right to your seats! I will preface this part with the fact that I have been a server before, I understand it was a holiday and could tell it was a busy night. Puttery was extremely understaffed for the volume of people who attended the event. After being seated, no one greeted us or took our order until we waved down a server and said we were ready, approximately 15-20 minutes had gone by. The server told us to order drinks and appetizer first because the kitchen was backed up, again, no worries! We understood. We waited approximately 30 minutes for the drinks and appetizer. The server walked past our table multiple times; he saw we had nothing, not even napkins/silverware! Eventually, a manager came over and said "I see you have nothing on your table, what did you order?" I politely state we had been waiting 30 minutes, the manager personally tells us he's going to find our order and get our cocktails. We watch the manager go to the bar and see him making drinks. Great! A few minutes go by and the manager hasn't returned, he actually never returned. We finally wave down our server, it's now been over 45 minutes, and state we still don't even have our drinks. He asks what we ordered, I repeat it again. He goes to the bar where our drinks had been sitting for who knows how long and brings them to us. The drinks were pretty good. We wait another 10-15 minutes before our appetizer and 1 entree comes out. My partner and I ordered the same thing, why weren't they brought out together? My partner starts on the appetizer, the 1 entree to me. We both finished those and his entree still hadn't came. Again, the server has walked past our table multiple times. My partner stops the server to ask for utensils/ napkins and the server says he will be right back. 10-15 minutes go by and we have no utensils/napkins. We ask the server again, he states they ran out and are making more now. The server should have communicated that they were out immediately. Instead, he had us just waiting and thinking he forgot. We finally receive utensils and my partners entree comes out a few minutes later. My partner is very laid back but observant, he was just vibing with the music, the only good part of the experience if I'm honest. After my partner finishes his food, we have to wave down the server again to let him know we are ready for dessert. We place the dessert order and are told 10-15 minutes later that they have ran out of dessert. This event was all one price for everything, so we were unable to get any sort of refund. We noted tables around us complaining to the same manager who said he would get our drinks and didn't. At this point, I was just ready to leave. My partner paid and we left. I understood it was busy, that was wasn't an issue. The issue was lack of communication by everyone in the establishment. Again, I have been a server, I understand! But when you pass a table multiple times with NOTHING for 30 minutes, that's unacceptable. Issues in the kitchen and bar should have been communicated, that keeps the guest informed. The manager never returned? Unacceptable. I'm not sure if there was a cap for the event but it was clear Puttery could not keep up with what was advertised. The only good thing was the music. We were excited to try Puttery but will not be back. read more

I attended a Yelp event here. They staff was friendly they place was nice and clean. They were serving a spicy margarita which was good. I tried there sliders and some of the desserts they had and they were good as well. This place has mini golf, food and drinks. They have a patio area which was quite large. The seating was a mix of high tables couches fun chairs and a bar area in patio area. The bar area when you walk in had about 6-8 tables. They have a parking lot but it's very small. Parking on the street is your best bet. I will be back to try out some more food and check out some mini golf. read more

This was my first time at the Puttery Charlotte and it was... confusing... We went with a party of 14, which we set up and paid for in advance. We were told that we would be as a group and they would be ready for our party, I don't think that person knew what they were talking about because that was not the case. Going there for the first time thinking your party would be welcomed was the first confusing part but it essentially didn't do anything to reserve as the public walking in was also with our party in a crowded room. There are two 9-hole courses. One called the library and one the conservatory. We paid $18 dollars a person for 2 hours, thinking that we could play the entire 18 holes, no we were done with the 9 hole course in about 25 minutes and tried to go to the next course and they said it would be another $18. We were shocked! How do you spend 2 hours there? We each had one drink from the bar and then we're done playing. There is an opportunity to get a table to eat off the menu...is that included in the 2 hours...not sure? I gave it 2 stars. The group I was with made the 25 minutes a blast but we would have had more fun going to a regular 18 hole putt putt course for way cheaper. read more

And it's something about playing putt putt while lit that makes it enjoyable. Speaking of lit the drinks were pretty good. They have a full bar and I had a couple of Their signature cocktails. I really liked the green one. I forgot the name. The other is nice island spice but I wasn't a fan of that one. Came here on a Sunday afternoon over Labor Day weekend. Place was packed and long lines. They need to organize the crowd better. Two 9 hole courses but it's small and cramped!! The course was just wierd. The place has empty cups everywhere and I assumed it was busy and staff could not clean up. For $25 I rather spend somewhere else. I love the concept but wish it was bigger and more spaced out. Parking was also an issue but I think the area always has parking issues. read more

It's pretty safe for me to deem The Puttery one of the coolest putt putt spots in Charlotte . They are fairly new here for they are indeed a chain and located in other cities & states . I suggested this place to friends for us to go and hang out at a few weekends ago.
