This was my first time coming here, but most likely will not be back. I understand that we are in the middle of a "pandemic," and prices for everything are steadily going up, but I paid way too much. I got a a full set DIP POWDER, no tips added on... my natural nails. They are pretty short, so no special shape (like coffin nails)... the only "special" thing I did was get "Ombré glitter" on top of two finger nails. The rest are all the same color. I paid $65..... tipped $8. I'm sorry, but a manicure should NEVER cost $73. That is obnoxious. These aren't designer nails. I didn't get jewels or a special design. They did a good job, but definitely not worth $73. Total rip off. read more

I got their deluxe combo and the 2 people who took care of me were very good. I was offered a drink and fruit. Waited a while until I was able to start my service but didn't make an appointment so walk in was fine. The tech was gentle and did a great job doing gel art on my dip nail base. The cost however was ridiculous. $100 for dip nails plus art is insane. I've paid $65 at another salon for a more intricate design. I will most likely try another salon next time because for the quality of the salon I cannot fathom paying that price again. read more

Had my nails done with gel on a Thursday night and on Saturday the polish started chipping on one nail. I said no problem by Sunday 9 of the polished nails was either chipped or one totally gone. I called on Monday because they are closed on Sunday to ask if this was normal for their business. Instead of saying come by let us take a look and see what we can do. Their immediate concern was how many days, how many nails, what did you do? Wash my behind and wash my hands after using the restroom. Should that warrant the gel polish not lasting a week? I paid for a service and to try and find fault before you address the issue is complete bullsh--. Won't be back and will not recommend your business to anyone. read more

This place was absolute trash. I came here got dip with a tip on 4/25 by 5/1 I had lost 2 nails already. I called on 5/3 and she told me to come in to get it fixed. It was at the time they closed and so I had to wait until the next day. I called 5/4 because now 8/10 nails are gone. I was told to bring my receipt and did and all of a sudden now there is a 7 day policy for nails. If dip is supposed to last at 3 weeks, it's trash that mine lasted 10 days. It should have been communicated that there was a policy before I drove back up here for trash attitudes and trash service. DO NOT GO HERE. My first experience with this establishment was last summer 2021. Very expensive for poor quality work. The entire tip and color popped off as if it were a press on nail. When I returned to have them fix it, 2 more nails popped off a day or so later. I live in ATLANTA so there wasn't a need to return for an additional fix. Fast forward to Wednesday 9/7/2022. I'm in town due to a sick relative that's a patient at the Neuro Medical center. I had a 9:30 appointment and I arrived ON TIME. The female associate was extremely rude and lacked the proper customer service. Even when I lowered my tone to a whisper to deescalate and provide a cheerier demeanor, she still was NASTY AND RUDE. Prompting The best options for this Salon are as follows: 1. Have the team attend quarterly refresher trainings. 2. Have someone from Chick-fi-A host a customer service training class. 3. I went for a full set that cost $93. Nails came out nice, but I was cut twice on both pinkies. Three coats of the natural pink color were taken off and not reapplied even though I told her about it. After my nails were done drying, the lady filed the sides which caused the polish to be jagged. The polish wasn't reapplied after being filed. read more

I went today to get my nails done and the staff was rude . I showed them a reference picture and they said they could do it to "perfection" but in my opinion my 5 year old could do nails better with a blindfold on. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here. After I left I called the manager and he said our shop did not do my nails and didn't want to check the cameras. I didn't enjoy my service here. The employee didn't make me feel comfortable and fussed at me the entire time. Also she's a mask police type so any exposed nose will get called out. Hopefully the others are nice but I won't be back to find out. One apple spoiled the bunch for me. read more

This place was so accommodating. They were very very nice. They did a great pedicure and manicure. I really love this place. There was no wait and everyone there was very nice and professional. Not to mention they offer free mimosas and fruit trays!! They were even nice enough to cut up some fruit and put it in my mimosa for me! I came in w a group of 6-7 a hour before they closed which was at 8pm and they didn't mind taking care of us and took their time as well. We ended up staying till like 10pm joking with the owner and having a good time. I love the place and have made it my nail salon! They cut out my ingrown toe nails and all the ladies were sweet and nice and loved to joke w us. It was a great experience. They also give free items away to first time customers and they offer nice facials w an appointment. Love love love. read more
