I was in between appointments and needed a dip/SNS manicure fast, and that's exactly what I got! I came in on a Wednesday at 2 and there was no wait and I was out within 45 minutes. I already had the dip/SNS on my nails from a previous appointment, but my nail tech took it off so fast. Normally, the nails have to soak for what feels like forever, but not at this salon. This time, I went with a very light yellow. The color is perfect for back to school. She only dipped them twice, I would have loved a third dip to make it thicker, but they are still perfectly on my nails two weeks after my appointment. Extremely fast service, a beautiful salon, and great location means I will definitely be coming back. It was $50, which was expected. read more

Came in last Sunday for a pedicure. Did the volcano $70 + gel polish $20 + tip. The following day polish peeled off two of my toes ... I had work in Nola so came back on Tuesday before I headed to an event. The young man at the desk (not Kevin) said it would be about 45 mins until someone could assist me. I didn't have that kind of time so I left. I returned today just after they opened after attending a yoga class about 10 mins away. Today, Kevin told me it would be a 25 min wait. + time to be serviced....I sat in here last week for an extended amount of time I don't wanna sit here again that long - MOSTLY because I have places to be! And places I'd like to have out this $90+ tip pedicure shown off! Beyond inconvenienced and annoyed with this. read more

My husband had a stroke and was at the Neuro Medical Center close by. While there he had rough edgy nails and cuticles were all rough. I wheeled him to this place and they were very accommodating. We both received manicures. The Seacret manicure. They were so relaxing that we were both falling asleep. The massages were tremendous and the service was great. We returned two weeks later for pedicures. Loved everything about it. We've found out new place. read more

First time visiting Venetian nail spa was ok. My sister comes here so she recommended I come. The pedicures look so nice! They look secluded and look like they take their time. Vi did my nails and she was so nice! She helped me find a new color once we started and I didn't like my color. My only complaint is that, I got these nails Saturday, and this is my nail Sunday night. Completely chipped :( Usually my shellac last for about 2 weeks but this was 1 days. I might retune for a pedicure only. Not sure yet! Will see how all the other nails hold up read more

Venetian Nail Spa - Today , after 2 weeks of the service - Nail Salons Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Beautiful setting, nails come out exactly how I would like them. Quiet and comforting great for relaxing during your pedicure.

Fav place to get a pedicure in BR. Lots of room so you don't feel so crammed in there and the service and timing is always great!

You are literally paying for a service and if that service is done worse than me getting press on or me doing my nails, myself in your service is garbage. I asked for medium short, rounded acrylic nails. And she did all different wonky, almond, rounded nails, short down to the stub and my nails look like they were done by a five year-old. 60 bucks wasted on this place. If you do acrylic full sets DONT COME HERE read more

Paid $95 for mani-pedi with gel polish and the polish didn't last four days. Building is nice but quality is subpar! Should have gone to 'corner' (hint-hint) nail salon and paid half that amount for better quality and service. Also, they half removed the callus on my feet!! Went home and had to do it again with the same scrubber they used. Ever since V left this place has gone downhill. Avoid, avoid it and go somewhere else!!! read more

Very disappointed. The vibe and aesthetic of the salon was there, but that was all they had to offer. 1. Services were rushed, especially for how expensive it is here. 2. My tech along with another gossiped the entire time, about me, and made me feel uncomfortable. 3. My nail technician did not remove the calluses on my heels during my pedicure. 4. The dip color I received was all over my fingers after my service. I had to go home and scrub it off. 5. My dip on my nails were extremely uneven and lumpy. 6. 2 weeks after my visit, my dip nails were cracking and breaking off and I was expected to pay for the repairs. read more

OMG! My tips and dip have stayed on for a month! As a hairstylist being my hands are in water a lot, I'm challenged for my nails to last past 2 weeks. I'm so excited Louisiana has a Venetian Spa and right near my home in Perkins Rowe. The atmosphere is tranquil and beautiful, as well as extremely clean. Alyssa is my girl now! She's very friendly and talented. Also love that my nail dip isn't thick and she gives an amazing pedicure as well. I highly recommend Venetian Spa. read more

Got a dip manicure and picked out my color, and Nathan started putting the wrong color on, just straight sparkle with nothing under it. I questioned it nicely and he said he usually puts bubble bath under it, and I asked if he could please do that (even though it still was not the color I asked for). I said I didn't want it to be see through, and yet my nails are still see through and not the color I asked for. Then went to the register to pay, and they charged me extra for no change shape. I once again questioned that and was met with a horrible attitude. I also had red nails prior to this appointment, and they left me with red all over my hands from the removal. I am very upset. I just think that if you are paying $70 to get your nails done it should be exactly what you want. I then called to see if I could get it fixed, and Jo said that I was the problem and that I should have spoken up at the salon before I left, which I did. Incredibly rude staff as well. read more

I have very mixed feelings about this place. It's very clean and beautiful inside but my pedicure was extremely subpar. Her long nails were scratching me during the "massage", which wasn't really a massage. Didn't rub the oil in at all, and spent maybe 10 seconds "scrubbing" my feet. She also just dropped the oil on my toes and didn't rub it in which left my feet really oily and my shoes, but maybe that's customary, never happened to me before but maybe get a different technician than Allyssa. There's also polish on the sides of my nails. Gel pedicure was $50. Update: my big toe is INFECTED and extremely painful read more

You have to be on top of them to get the style the way you requested. Been here twice and there's always a mix up in communication between the person in the front and those working on your services. They quote you with one price and the price at checkout is always vastly different. When trying to get understanding, the receptionist tends to direct their frustrations toward the customers. Overall, I've been to way better places in Baton Rouge that know how to get the styles done right on the first try. Very friendly technicians though. read more

Well my experience at this salon was great. It's really pretty inside and clean. You have to have a mask on to enter. My nail tech was Huey. Let's just say he's good with his hands. I had a 10 min neck massage for $20 felt like I was on the table in a private room with aromatherapy candles burning. Until, a customer broke my thoughts saying she needs a massage also! Any I enjoyed my experience it's a little pricey than my regular nail salon but doable. I'll definitely be back for that shoulder and neck massage. read more

Aaaamazing ! From the moment walking into the beautiful spa like salon to being assisted in finding just the right shade of Spring (lavender :)I was certain I'd found my new salon. The staff is friendly and the space is completely relaxing. Vi showed my nails some much needed TLC after a botched previous manicure taking time to look over each nail and making sure they were even matched in length. The experience wasn't rushed but neither did my dip polish change take an extended amount of time. Overall a lovely and relaxing experience. Can't wait to return for more pampering. read more

Today was my third time visiting this nail salon. I've been on the search to find a nice nail salon since moving to Baton Rouge 3 months ago. THIS IS NOT IT. This was my first time getting a manicure here and I was very disappointed. I asked for ALMOND shape and even once I realized that wasn't happening I asked for them to be rounded .... That didn't happen either. The lady was rough and she left a deep cut on my nail (pictured on first picture). My nails have never looked this bad. read more

What an unfortunate experience this was. I went in to get my nails done for my wedding, and I showed the lady a picture and she said she could do it. You can clearly tell which one was the pic I showed her and which one was what she did. This was $65.... I didn't even get my hands or arms massaged. I left so mad and went down the street to a nail salon that took care of me and made my wedding nails beautiful. The lady at the 2nd nail salon was so particular and not in a rush (unlike the first). Even the lady at the 2nd salon couldn't believe what my nails looked like vs what I asked for. I was originally excited about Venetian, but I will never be back! read more

I love this place and was so glad that Vi was able to give me my manicure and pedicure. Getting pampered during COVID was the last thing on my mind. What better place to get these services done at than the Venetian Nails Spa. For someone who almost got married at the Venetian (in Las Vegas), this nail salon definitely tickled my fancy. The decor reminds me so much of that Las Vegas hotel/casino. I love the dark purple colors and the chandeliers that hang from the interior under the "sky" ceiling. Vi got me started in the pedicure chair, so I got treated to a chair massage, while getting my toesies done. Immediately after that, I moved over to the manicure table and my handsies got some TLC. Ahhhh, it was so nice for my feet and hands to feel good again. Did you know they do facials, too? Well, in case you didn't, now you know! Sadly, I did not have time for one, but next time for sure! Wondering where this salon is located? Visit them for some pampering at Perkins Rowe. You'll definitely be happy with their services. I made an appointment and they were ready for me as soon as I got there. I'll be back! Thanks, Vi! read more

A beautiful facility with high end , well everything! It's always nice and quiet in here, and the music isn't to loud. The pedicure rooms each have 8 chairs each and 1 large tv, gold curtains, purple walls and a dazzling Chandler! I hate to update my review, but honestly this shop is not the same. I received a terrible manicure here. I am giving my nails a break from dip powder, so I got a basic manicure. The manicurist talked on the phone through her AirPods the entire time. She stopped mid manicure many times. It was definitely a rushed job. She spent less than ten minutes on my entire manicure. The polish is extremely sloppy. It looks as if a child polished my nails. She left nail polish all over. It was not worth the price at all. Before leaving I asked to at least have the polish removed from around my fingers. I was told I had to wait. I waited for about five minutes and no one came. I would have waited longer but it seemed like no one wanted to help me, as I could see employees just idly looking at me. The only time the manicurist spoke to me was to tell me she had been at work since 9:00 and she works six days a week. My appointment was for 6:00. I completely understand being tired; however, I paid for service so that's the service I should receive. I do not receive a discount when nail techs are tired. I'm expected to pay the full price. Therefore, I should receive the full service for the full price. I'm not sure if it's a management issue that's causes nail techs to work long hours, or if it was just this particular nail tech. Regardless, I am disappointed. read more

Came here the day after Christmas after calling and making an appointment. The reviews were bad but I still went cause this was the only nail salon open near me. Dip powder was $45 which is extremelyyy overpriced for Baton Rouge. Im from NYC and I pay $50 there. Anyway, my nail tech was very unpleasant. If you look at the pictures, you can see that she didn't even bother to wipe off the extra powder that had now stuck to my fingers after she put polish on them. Once she finished putting the top coat on, she simply said "okay go wash your hands. After you wash your hands, your done." Um... I've never been told to "wash my hands" in a nail salon before? What if I was going to an event right after... this lady expected me to just there with stains on my fingers? She didn't put moisturizer on my hands or cuticle oil. You can't really tell in the pictures, but my nail tech managed to get the red powder into the silver nails and in person there is a very obviously red tint on the silver nails. Would never come here again. You shouldn't either. read more

Time to find another nail salon...I went in for a regular manicure and Emily rushed through the whole process. She soaked my nails but didn't use the cuticle lotion when she clipped my cuticles. That was the first clue. She didn't ask me to wash my hands at any point. She quickly started to paint my nails. She wasn't painting them to the cuticle and I asked her to. The result was horrible. She didn't even cover my whole nail with polish and I have polish all over my fingers. This is the second time I've been there in a month. I wasn't a good experience. I won't be back. read more

I was really excited about trying this nail salon for the first time I was very disappointed, my gel nail came out very bumpy and when I asked for it to be fixed I feel like they revenge filed my nails down all the way to the nail bed and turned my would be healthy nails into thin brittle little chips of nails. I was still asked to pay for my pedicure with was equally horrible. I really am hurt I spent a lot of money getting my nails healthy and all that hard work was undone in an hour and 40 minutes. Which was a long time. Then had the nerve to try to upsale me on dip polish. Horrible horrible experience and.nobody seemed to care. Venetian Nail Spa is everything I want in a salon. I went in as a walk in on Sunday afternoon and was greeted immediately. It only took a minute to get seated with a tech, and I was with Tamara. I was offered a drink as soon as I sat down, and Tamara asked what I wanted and talked to me about shape and nail thickness so that we were both on the same page. The salon itself is classy, calm, and modern. Tamara took great care to make sure all my nails matched perfectly and that the finish was top notch. I cannot recommend her enough!
