Before I asked they were busy. She says no come back on in. When I got there it was packed. I was immediately seated so I bypassed the crowd. I specifically said I only had an hr and they said they could do both. If they would have told me no I would've went elsewhere. I wanted a mani/pedi. To get both done it took about 3 hours. They were servicing out of order and it was pretty chaotic. The girl who did my pedi was definitely inexperienced ands I had to get them repainted. However, the mani came out nicely. Overall, I would not go to them when they're busy. My 2 stars are for the manicurist. This experience has exhausted me. read more

Friendly, easy going staff. Beautiful salon! Relaxing. No long wait time. Good arm and leg massages. I wish they had done a little better job with my heals- yes, they're very bad but I've never left a salon with my heels not completely soft. The gel polish on my toes was great. The regular polish on my fingers was old, in fact, the manicurist added cuticle oil to the bottle so in the end it took forever to dry and smudged twice. They did fix it but it took an extra 35 minutes. He jokingly said that I should have gotten gel polish, but they shouldn't offer colors when the polish is old. I'll probably be back to give them another chance. read more

Worst manicure I've ever gotten. The nail tech was so rough, it was painful when she pushed my cuticles back, and then she cut me twice with the cuticle clippers and didn't even say sorry. One nail, she didn't even wipe off the blood before painting it. She also smudged my nails twice and instead of fixing it, she just painted over it with the topcoat. The massage was super awkward, they squeeze a bunch of lotion from a foil package on your arm and then make you hold it in the air while they stand beside you and massage your hand and arm. The place is also dirty and the clippers were not cleaned between clients. I would never recommend this place, I have no freaking clue how they got 4.5 stars. read more

Got really pretty almond shaped acrylics I like a clear matte top coat only and the tech made me so self conscious about my weird polish choice that I got opi bubble bath instead. They'd have lasted longer but they were far too long. read more

0 stars if possible!! I got a mani/pedi & put acrylics on just my big toes on 2/9. Everything was great until 3/30. I noticed the acrylic was falling off, so I went to pull it off & my actual big toe nail came off with it. It was rotting underneath. Acrylics should last 6-8 weeks before having to get a full new set. 1/2 of my right toe nail came off & 1/4 of my left one. I called the following morning to discuss it & ask for my money back. They said the manager would call me. I got a call back a few hours later asking for pictures & they give me a number to send them too. I also included a picture of my transaction amount ($132). Nothing was done. I texted on Friday (4/2) asking if I would receive a call back, it was read & not responded to. Called this morning (4/5) & asked to speak to the manager, she said she was speaking. I told her what was going on & she said it could take weeks for the "regional" manager to respond. I asked when I should accept to receive a call otherwise I would discuss the situation online & she LAUGHED in my face & said "do what you want" before hanging up on me. read more

Salon always takes their time and never rushes through to the next customer. All staff members are friendly and accommodating. I've been other places because I moved to Gonzales. And just couldn't replace them. So I drove from Gonzales every time I need maintenance. I am also planning a wedding and the day before the wedding I have scheduled a mani pedi date with the whole bridal party and they were happy to accommodate. Love my ladies. Also. I got my nails done before the shutdown. And I had to manually take them off because they were looking bad. They were not chipping or falling off. Good quality work. read more

So today was my third trip to this Salon. The first two visits were during the morning when they were not busy. It was fine. Today I went after 1pm. They were busy but said it was only 30 minutes. In truth I waited way less than 30 minutes. I picked out dip colors. I wanted a sparkly pink ring finger and matching pink on other fingers. Even had another client look at colors and make sure they matched. (Lesson learned always Make them show you the powder). Nail tech did sparkly fingers first. Very pretty color as expected. Then she started the other color. IT DID NOT MATCH! IT DID NOT MATCH THE COLOR I HAD PICKED. I was then made to feel like the worse person ever because I said something. Was told that I picked the color. Problem is the samples are not true colors. I WILL NOT BE BACK! AND my pinky nail on left hand already broke. ON MY LEFT HAND! I'm right handed. Guess I'll be getting nails done again tomorrow read more

Worst nail service I've ever had I'm still in shock honestly the quality of the nails was so poor the job was so rushed I even thought to ask the nail tech if she had somewhere to be even though the salon just opened I realized pretty quickly that they do not care at all about the quality or look of the nails all they care about is how many people they can get in and out the door as fast as possible I even had to ask to redo a nail because it was clearly crooked like how can you not see my nails were so thick and sloppy they looked disgusting nail polish was a mess thick sloppy over all a terrible experience I do not recommend go somewhere where they care and take their time . read more
