My daughter got a gel French tip overlay that had a mess up, and I requested for it to be fixed. This lady mentioned that my daughter moved again. She's a child, just fix it, please. I paid you. It was an issue with their payment system, and I was falsely accused of my payment not going through, so she tried to get assistance through her tech over the phone for over 30 minutes. Keep in mind I didn't leave until 4:47 pm, and my payment went through at 4:23. In the midst of it all, she got very angry and slapped my daughter on her hand, told her to get up and go because she still didn't get help she needed to verify my payment, and I told her no, we are not leaving until you get me a receipt or verify my payment or you can call the police . So while she was on the phone with the tech, she loudly mentioned on speaker, 'We see her payment from Apple Cash of $51.' No apology, no I'm sorry. But I called the police because she put her hands on my daughter.God don't sleep

Of course the chairs had the massage which I enjoy. They adjusted the water at the right temp. The tech was gentle with my feet, listened to what I said & didn't cut my toenails too short. He did pull out that "cheese grater" so I had to tell him "NO don't use that on my feet". He then picked up the pumice stone to smooth out my skin. He gave a great foot and leg message. Polish was on point and toenails looked good. I would recommend giving them a try.
