I was seated in a chair and the water bowl was turned on, but then I was left sitting there for 40 minutes with my feet in freezing cold water. I tried multiple times to get her attention and was completely ignored while she sat on her phone. What made it more frustrating is that when I checked in, I specifically asked if they could get me in quickly because I was in a bit of a hurry. She said yes, but then did the exact opposite. I felt dismissed and honestly treated like I didn't matter as a customer. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and a huge waste of my time. I won't be returning.

She gave me the menu , set my area up and offered something to drink. She did a great job on my nails and my toes. There were so many colors to choose from. I got the short, coffin shape with gel and gel on my toes. Y'all know I'm picky when it comes to my nails and the shaping. Like I've said before if it isn't t broke don't fix it. Well I had an issue and had to find some where different... I'm glad there were no limitations in her work. I told her what I wanted and she said I am so that. Everyone else complained or stated my nails had to be a certain length because they just COULDN'T do a short coffin shape. The prices were a little sooo for all the ads on but if you want what you want I guess you gonna pay it anyway lol. It was easy to set an appointment. It was very peaceful an just laid back. I will be retuning.

I decided to search for a closer nail salon, that had good reviews, so it lead me here. Let me start off by saying everyone greeted me when I came in, they did explain it was a few minutes, but I was OK with it. So when it was my turn, I must say the pedicure was very relaxing, the young man really took his time and massage my legs. When I showed the owner of the color that I was looking for, she nailed it!!! The manicure was just as amazing as the pedicure. I can say that they that work as a team. The place is very clean and kinda on the upscale. And I know for a fact that this is going to be my new Nail home.

They said yes, and knowing it was the wrong color, they still continued with that color knowing FULL WELL it was NOT what I wanted. When I complained, she blamed it on the gel manufacturer, despite ME ASKING NUMEROUS TIMES IF IT LOOKED THE SAME, she continued to use the excuse that this color sometimes seems lighter than what it showed, but yet they failed to explain this or speak up when I picked my color and specifically asked if that was the case. Don't waste your money here. Dishonest + awful customer service if they make a mistake. Oh and not to mention she made my cuticles BLEED! My blood was a closer match to the color I picked. AWFUL.

When I arrived there were two people being serviced and two techs came in immediately after me and then another customer. They seated the customer that came after me (she had no appointment) and sat me down to wait. I specifically asked to not be serviced by the 4th tech bc she has a nasty attitude and the last time I was serviced by her it was awful so she helped another customer that later came in. As I sat and waited another customer came in and the one tech from the very beginning was done with the client and started servicing the new arrival who also had no appointment. This was by far the worst experience and so disrespectful. I've always tipped each time and been courteous but this was it. Never again!
