It was an issue with their payment system, and I was falsely accused of my payment not going through, so she tried to get assistance through her tech over the phone for over 30 minutes. Keep in mind I didn't leave until 4:47 pm, and my payment went through at 4:23. In the midst of it all, she got very angry and slapped my daughter on her hand, told her to get up and go because she still didn't get help she needed to verify my payment, and I told her no, we are not leaving until you get me a receipt or verify my payment or you can call the police .
