First of all, they were rude. They asked me if I was scared? Hello? But anyways, I was just getting them done, and they were talking and talking in a different language just staring at me and my sister. Second, they used to cost $50 or $60 for a square tip with a plain color but $75 for a french tip? The one with less color than the acrylic full color? How did the price go up? Not to mention, they can't even draw the straight lines. I might as well have let my 3 year old nephew draw the tip. They were acting like we wouldn't pay, like we tried to leave or something. Went to this place as a back up, because my current nail place was packed. I must say it was very nice. The owner greeted me with a smile and immediately a nail technician was there to assist me. Even though she didn't speak English, the owner help translate and she understood the assignment. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the prices was reasonable. So I visited this spot on. Wednesday afternoon about 2pm. They weren't busy at all so we were seen right away for pedicures. It was a clean salon and the nail techs were friendly. Of course the chairs had the massage which I enjoy. They adjusted the water at the right temp. The tech was gentle with my feet, listened to what I said & didn't cut my toenails too short. He did pull out that "cheese grater" so I had to tell him "NO don't use that on my feet". He then picked up the pumice stone to smooth out my skin. He gave a great foot and leg message. Polish was on point and toenails looked good. I would recommend giving them a try. read more

I got in there pretty quickly, but the nail tech was pretty careless with the drill!! Luckily i'm pretty tolerant of pain, but that could hurt someone else pretty badly! Also, she charged me 65 for a short fill-in. Last time they charged me 45 for a medium acrylic set. So definitely overcharged. a lot of my nails are crooked and they're not the same length. I still like them but they overcharged me and rushed the work. read more

I called about 2 hours before I needed to go in with my husband's aunt for a pedicure and they were nice over the phone. When we arrived the door was locked but a very nice lady quickly let us in. I was excited to see that it was clean and had nice music playing in the background. The staff is friendly and was helpful. I don't usually go to nail salons anymore due to a very bad experience at Nina Nails when I first moved to the area but LA Nails may have changed my mind. read more

Horrible, nails didn't even last a week. I had different shapes and the lady could careless. Very poor work.

I received the worst pedicure ever! The gentleman who did this service didn't even speak to me once. He hurt me, cut my big toe nails too short! Now I have two In-grown nail issues! Also he used gel nail color on me but did not do the two step process and cure the color and its all coming off one day after the service. I also asked for pink and white solar fingernails. They are big, thick and ugly! All this a hundred dollars later and 3hrs of my time lost for ever! Worst service ever! Go anywhere else but here. I would definitely not give them any stars if that was possible. The place is a dump on the inside. Too cluttered. I was there to get a mani/pedi but I only got a pedicure because they were moving so slow. For starters when I was seated to soak my feet, i sat there for almost an hour so the water was cold and felt yucky. The pedicure was definitely not worth waiting for that long. Then I was overcharged!! I didn't get any gel polish and he charged me $30! And when i told him about it he said it was bc i used a credit card. 10 extra dollars for using my card?! Came to get a pedicure. Waiting for 45 minutes in the chair while no one said a word. 2 workers just sat up front and wandered around as I waited. Of course by that point my water was cold and I asked for them to make it hotter. They decided to BOIL WATER in a tea kettle and come dump it in. I have had unpleasant experiences with this nail salon previous due to poor customer service, yet decided once again to give them a try bc of close proximity. Once again I am really disappointed. I asked for pearl white toes and hands. I chose color for toes expecting her to match the gel color. I have pink nude fingernails and pearl white toes. I brought it to her attention, she did nothing. She rushes you through what should be relaxing experience. She doesn't listen and spends too much time monitoring her cell phone and taking calls. This was a complete waste of 60$. First time going in I got a pedicure and full set. Pedicure came out nice but first there was a man doing my nails and I asked him to cut them shorter and then a lady started on me and was not working on me me under the light but instead while I was the in pedicure chair. I don't think she could see what she was doing and she kept getting distracted and skipping steps and forgetting which finger she was on and skipping some fingers. Looked awful when I left. I have been going here for a few months now! There is this one lady who does NOT listen to what you want! Recently I went to soak off the acrylic! I also had false nails. #1 there was a green fungus now under my nails ..when asked how could this have occurred she says oh you must've allowed an air bubble to get into your acrylic. Which I don't understand bc I am not the one applying acrylic! #2 she did not soak all the acrylic off! When I mentioned something about it she caught the ugliest attitude so the owner came over and asked did I want to soak a little longer! I stated yes and she told the lady to let me soak! As soon as I put both hands in the bowl she took them out and said no acrylic! I just paid and left! Which was $10! I came straight home and put some acetone in a bowl and sure enough there was still ALOT of acrylic left on my nails! Service is horrible! If I am paying for a service that service should be completed the correct way! I would NOT recommend anyone go here! Staff is rude!! read more

Let me say starting off, I been getting my nails and lashes done here for years. Well two weeks ago I went in to get old lashes replace for a fresh set. So I set back in the chair in allow the young lady to proceed. I never ask for a harder glue to be used on my lashes, so after the service was performed I went home and I can feel a different with my eyes they were beginning to be very irritated but like usually I thought it would easy up in a day or two. Well it didn't. So I went back to the shop to address the problem with the owner. He said they would do it over but I would have to pay half price of 25.00. From some reason he thought I couldn't count say it would be 15.00. I said that's not half price, so he agree to 10.00. As i'm waiting for the old lashes to be taken off. I couldn't wash the glue off because the young lady had put glue like a super glue on my lashes. So the owner had to get this special solution to take the lashes off and while it's burning my eyes she has to lead my to the wash bowl rinse my eyes. Then she begin to tell me I shouldn't have ask for that hard glue and my reply was ma'am I never did ask for that glue, I just set down in the seat. She also said the solution she used cost 50.00. I said ma'am my eyes are worth more than 50.00 in the glue could have effect my sight. And I shouldn't have to pay for the mistake your nail tech. made. But she insisted on me paying. So I did, I didn't want the police to be call on me for something I didn't do. I will never spend another penny at this establishment!!!! Beware!!! No Customer Service!! read more
