I arrived about an hour early to ask about an earlier appointment and was told there were four people ahead of me, so I left for lunch and returned at 12:25 for my 12:30 appointment. I wasn't seated until 12:45, and the receptionist began my nail prep. After prep, I waited another 15 minutes before he realized my nail tech hadn't arrived and had to retrieve her from the pedicure area. I had booked a builder gel refill, but the tech initially brought an overlay kit, so I had to clarify my service. The polish color I requested, Sunny Bunny, was unavailable at this location, though the receptionist found a similar shade. The application was acceptable but not the neatest. I also requested to keep my existing almond shape but was charged an additional $5 for it. The total was $60. Due to the delays, poor communication, service mix-up, and extra charge, I left disappointed and probably won't return to this location.

I called to make an appointment and they literally told me as soon as I walk in, I will be serviced, which was very true. I literally waited less than five minutes and they took me to the back to do my eyebrows. it was so quick and fast and a reasonable price. The salon is so pretty on the inside very welcoming, beautiful and clean. I will definitely be going back and I can't wait to try other services.

The woman asked what kind of pedicure I wanted , I said hot stone, and she fetched the gel color I had chosen. Three things went wrong : she never used the gel color, she decided herself to put a coat of white under the color making it a bright coral rather than natural, and I never got the hot stone massage I requested. After spending $75, I'm only left with regret and frustration and could not bring myself to leave a tip for such an expensive and subpar experience.
