This place is relatively quick and always reliable.

I walked in and was the only one in there I told Sydny what I wanted and she like gurl no you'll be wasting your money and explained why. I described what color I wanted and she brought two out, swatched them, and let me decide. I have NEVER had a nail tech that actually cared about if I mixed my color up or not. She made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. After she was done she handed me over to Mei for my feet. I explained to her that I had a blister that I was concerned about and she took that into consideration every step of the way. I truly appreciate the silence, good music, and nice people. We were just standing waiting until we decided to sit down. I got my manicure done while sitting in the pedicure chair. I am not happy with the overall product. She painted so high from my cuticle that I need another visit to the nail salon after just a couple of days. There is also no pricing in the nail salon so I wasn't even sure what I would have to pay. The pedicure was good. The person I was with did not enjoy her pedicure at all. Dead skin was still on the foot while the woman was painting her nails.

I usually do my own nails at home, using gel-x, so I am very familiar with application steps and the dos and don'ts, as well as the safety needed when using these products. The tech that was doing the application was absolutely unsure of any of these steps, as he was literally reading the instructions as he did each step. I asked multiple times for adjustments to be made before they were cured... there was entirely too much gel used in application and not cleaned up before curing, resulting in numerous areas of burned skin and nail damage. I also had to tell him after EVERY nail that the lamp was too close and burning me. For the price they charged me I certainly should not have to instruct the tech HOW to do it. This system is made to be more gentle on nails, and last 3-4 weeks. I know this to be true, as I have had it done quite a few times before. This terrible application only lasted a little over a week, at which point there was significant and obvious lifting on most of the nails. The removal process was horrifying as well, he had used so much product that my natural nail had been encapsulated down to my quick under the nail. I was looking forward to having my nails done before my wedding. My mother in law gave me a gift certificate, after letting me know she was very disappointed in services she had received 2x before, and no longer had use for it. I had read several reviews online, and I was giving it the benefit of the doubt. I made an appointment, and after much back and forth VIA text over the techs being able to do a variety of nail art I was interested, I had already been let down thoroughly. I decided just to get a simple gel-x set with classic French tips. The pricing is entirely too high for the work done, and had I not been using the gift certificate I would have absolutely gone back to speak with Michael privately. I will say the tech that did the filing and painting was very pleasant, and her work was wonderful. Overall I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience here. I would advise that the techs be trained in systems that cost nearly $100. What a waste.

I don't know metal was in the polish so she used this small magnet to create the effects. Check the video of how they look in the sun! Next time im trying a darker color. I only had a color change on my toes. Since I had time, I also got a chin & lip wax. I don't record this experience but definitely will soon! I was there for barely 1 hour.
