I was a late to my appointment and had to take more time than expected to fill out the medical history and COVID related paperwork but he was able to accommodate me. (I'd recommend getting there factoring 20 minutes to thoroughly fill out the forms.) Anyway, Cass took the time to go over all of my medications, skin care products, skin care routine, and explain what my skin needed and didn't need. He was so accommodating with answering my questions and it was a very enjoyable experience. He was amazing like I did not feel uncomfortable, rushed, or pressured to purchase any products used afterwards. I scheduled my next facial with him that very day and it was a much needed self care experience.
