The practice offers numerous services all of which are explained if inquired about. The spa is great and super relaxing. I've seen Dr Shannon for many years and she is by far one of the best to see for any skin concerns.

I discovered platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) treatments because of her and those are truly a game changer with multiple applications (face, under eyes, hair growth!). Dr. Kruger treats every patient personally and takes the time to go over what your goals are and to set up a plan of treatment. She really cares about you actually achieving your goals and will offer ideas you may not have considered. In addition to monthly and standing specials, such as "Wrinkle Free Friday" (with savings on relaxants such as Botox), she offers customized discounts on pricing when you package multiple services which is fantastic. My results have been so wonderful, my mother went to see Dr. Kruger too! I would definitely recommend her to anyone. The *only* downsides with MetaGlow is that (1) because Dr. Kruger gives such personalized care with each patient, appointments can run late (so schedule a little more time than you think in your calendar because the wait is definitely worth it - this is not the "assembly line" type treatment you get at some other medispas - this is a beauty and wellness clinic) and (2) I wish Metaglow's website was more detailed on all the great services and specials offered or that they would start sending monthly texts or email alerts to patients with new specials and/or treatments.

I was in rural Missouri for 6 MONTHS. was recently a patient of Dr Massengale. I recently returned home to Missouri After being gone 9 years. I returned to my same doctors who I believe to be intelligent but no more than my Dr's Louisiana. I had cellulitis and was in the hospital within 72 hours. Common theme. My PCP having never seen anything like me did 20 wound cultures.. I had staph. But I had to have staph when I left Louisiana. I kept my body covered from head to toe for obvious reasons. Dr. Massengale I believed in you. Why did you not do 20 wound cultures. You would have learned the same thing. I was resistant to all common antibiotics. Amoxicillin.Cephelaxin, Doxycycline. Just name off every medication for antibacterial infection you can think of. I guess I would have finally died. By now, I have 20 wound cultures, wound DNA as now my feet had blisters. Dr Massengale, left me like this and suggested religious counseling. Now, I agree that was probably needed, it wasn't going to cure me and I placed my absolute trust in you. Update: I am Mid way through Immunotherapy at a cancer treatment center. I may never be OK, but statistics give me 5 good years. My diagnosis was obviously over your head. I can accept that. Although a minor additional reason, as another reviewer mentioned, there is a $150 consultation fee even if you don't get anything done there - in contrast to most other surgeons I went to that offered free initial consultations. I would not have minded paying for the consultation if I felt that my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed attentively, but I kept getting the same question repeatedly, and did not feel that the consultation was worth the cost.

I wasn't sure what to expect because the office seems like something between a spa and a doctor's office. It was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The check-in process was very easy with minimal paperwork, and then I was taken into an office to get some photos of my face taken. The procedure itself was painless and Candace had such a gentle touch! She explained everything she was doing as she worked and nothing she did felt too aggressive. Candace was very professional and I could tell she was very knowledgable about all of the services she provides. I was done in no time and my skin felt fantastic afterward.
