I went in for a fat transfer to my face. The doctor was available for both my appointments and I was in and out in no time. After my procedure he did provide his personal phone number and answered my calls and addressed my concerns. However, the follow up appointments have been disappointing. My face looked asymmertical and I had a big lump under my eye and on my eyebrow and a dent next to it. The first nurse didn't provide any insight and said the doctor had to see it. She didn't even check the incision on my stomach where the fat was harvested from and I had to take my stitch out myself. The second follow up was with a more knowledgeable nurse because I complained, she took photos of my areas of concern but also said the doctor had to see it. I never got any follow up from that appointment. Today I went in for my post op with the doctor and I ended up waiting an hour. I asked how long and they said they were running behind and didn't know. I left. Bottom line is, Dr Weiler was very available and accessible before my procedure but disappeared after leaving me to deal with some very nice nurses that wouldn't tell me much to help with my concerns. I'm two months after my procedure and my face is not even, my right cheek is higher than the left, and I have a lump and a dent over my right eye. read more

I had a horrible, nightmare experience with Dr. Weiler. I went in for what I thought was a simple liposuction procedure on my neck with therma tightening. I developed a sarcoma on my neck that had to be drained 6 times. For one full year after my treatment I had to go back at least once a month for laser treatments and cortisone shots in my neck to try to reduce the discoloration and scarring on my neck. Not once was I offered a refund of any kind. Now two years later, I still have scarring on my neck that will never go away. His solution was to cut the scarring off my neck with no guarantee that the new incision wouldn't scar. I left there very unsatisfied and have not returned.
