I've been there twice so far and have been very pleased with the service. Now, don't go expecting a fancy spa. It's kind of tucked into a strip mall kind of place. It's nice and tidy but doesn't have all of the "bells and whistles" that some nail spas have. This is a classic "don't judge a book by its cover" case!! Don't let the appearance deter you. Someone recommended this salon and I trusted that person and said I'd give it a go. I arrived a little before they opened at 9. I was literally sitting in my car in front of the salon when the employees arrived. They all got out of the vehicles and beckoned for me and another lady to come into the salon. It was immaculately clean. There were no smells of harsh chemicals. Since she and I were the first there we started receiving services I got a pedicure with Shellac, a new set of hip nails with a manicure, and 2 marble nails. oh....... and I got my brows waxed which I must say this was the best brow wax ever. She got them right the first time! I was in and out with all the services by 11:39 which isn't bad for all the services. I am very satisfied and I will be back They are affordable too

Maybe it's because I also work in the service industry that I notice it, either way, I truly love the atmosphere. There's always a movie or music on, it's relaxing. Others have ruined a couple of experiences but it's never been because of staff!!

The polish has only been on for 4 days and I have I chipped toenails and my shellac on my nails is cracking and peeling. Although my polish isn't lasting long, the service was nice, and the place was decorated nicely and seemed clean. When I went back to get them fixed, I was greeted immediately and they were very informative on how the gel polish flexes and can crack. She gladly fixed them for me and put an extra top coat to make sure they would be a bit sturdier for me. I would return for another mani and and try a pedicure.

Going to the beach next week and wanted something fun. If the look couldn't be achieved or they didn't have skilled hombre techs I would be ok if they said that. The girl tried, and i told her i didn't like how it looked and she tried to fix it. It was improved when she did, but still wasn't great. I said it was good because i didn't have time to keep having her fix it and it's very uncomfortable to keep telling someone it's not good. But when i looked closer the edges were rough, my skin wasn't cleaned up, the edges didn't fit right, and some nails were lumpy. I told the guy at counter she did her best but i wasn't paying full price. They took half off of my hand portion (because i did pedi too.) They never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted and pretty sure they did a more expensive one instead of the basic. I spent $100 before tip, after the discount. I don't know if i will come back here again, and if i do i will have to keep it very simple or make an appt in advance and be real specific.

The older woman with the bob and glasses was rough on my toes and painted them unevenly after spraying the alcohol on my toes, they burned. She didn't paint all of my nail bed on the toes. The other woman with the rounder face waxed my eyebrows but they were done crooked and she filed my nails hard making them bleed lightly. I asked her to stop. I paid and left. I will never return.
