I used to really enjoy coming here and I don't know what happened. I've never complained but today I had to. I asked for an hombre to look beachy with soarkly tips and sandy/nude base. Going to the beach next week and wanted something fun. If the look couldn't be achieved or they didn't have skilled hombre techs I would be ok if they said that. The girl tried, and i told her i didn't like how it looked and she tried to fix it. It was improved when she did, but still wasn't great. I said it was good because i didn't have time to keep having her fix it and it's very uncomfortable to keep telling someone it's not good. But when i looked closer the edges were rough, my skin wasn't cleaned up, the edges didn't fit right, and some nails were lumpy. I told the guy at counter she did her best but i wasn't paying full price. They took half off of my hand portion (because i did pedi too.) They never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted and pretty sure they did a more expensive one instead of the basic. I spent $100 before tip, after the discount. I don't know if i will come back here again, and if i do i will have to keep it very simple or make an appt in advance and be real specific. read more

This nail salon is one of the worst I've been to. I got my nails soaked off and a full set, so the foundation and quality of my nails should have been 100% since it is all their work. 2 of acrylic nails lifted in 3 days allowing water and air into my nails. Ultimately every single finger lifted within 1 week of going to soirée nails (obviously this was going to happen and is NOT within the time you are due for any type of refill) I paid $70 for trash and was overcharged. When I contacted the salon, the lady offered $5 single dollars via cash app and declined seeing any photos or videos I took immediately as I had start seeing issues. I live out of town so coming in was not an option, and I would not have wanted to get scammed again based on them not providing good work. I asked for a refund and she refused. I will be following up with health concerns and BBB due to this and refusal to refund me completely. read more

Walking into this immaculate location for a quick mani pedi, I was impressed that clients were asked to wash their hands prior to selecting a nail color. Sanitation is a must in a venue where germ and fungus run rampant. My technician was extremely professional and checked to ensure the color I had chosen met my expectations before moving on with my pedicure. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I have used many salons over the years but this is by far the best. I look forward to my return visit. read more

I went to this nail shop because I saw it on TikTok and the person raved about it. Huge mistake. The nail tech that did my nails was inexperienced. I asked for almond shaped nails, my nails look like eggs, and three of them are crooked. I expressed that the nails were crooked and by then she had an attitude because she is the one that made a mistake. I asked for French, she got up and said she was going get someone because what I asked for was deep French and she couldn't do that. Ok fine. Once the other person comes over she tells me that the other lady was just telling me the prices in which deep french is an extra $30. I informed her that the lady never mentioned prices to me at all. So I see that was their issue they wanted to make it about price. I spend money to get my nails done properly bi-weekly. Price is not an issue for me. I will never ever go back to this nail shop. They are rude and cannot do what they are asked. $115 down the drain. When in today for a mani/pedi after work. The lady at the front desk just looked at me - no smile - no " how are you"-- nothing. I asked for a mani and pedi- she replied "no we close". I said hmm it's not 7:00 and she replied yeah because of storm-some of us have kids to take care of.... Like wow! when around the corner to LA Nails and got my pedicure and left a great tip for guys because they we super nice walked in they smiled and said hello to a potential paying customer. Got my dip nails done by an older woman here. By 3 days later, it was completely separated from my nail bed on multiple nails, EVERY SINGLE nail had cracks throughout, AND my nail broke down the middle due to how thin she filed my nails(photo) Next time I was able to go was 6 days later(hurt so bad and wasn't there) and was told I couldn't come get them redone after my nail healed and couldn't get a refund. Bethany does such a great job on pedi. I stopped going some time ago and decided to give them another try. Glad I did. That day the most helpful receptionist greeted me and offered beverage (water). She explained that there were some training issues they got fixed and I should see much better service now. First time seeing Bethany and she has become my preferred pedicurist . I stood in the front for 5 minutes while no one greeted me, but a few of the employees saw me standing there and said nothing. I went for a shellac manicure and a polish change on my toes. The polish has only been on for 4 days and I have I chipped toenails and my shellac on my nails is cracking and peeling. Although my polish isn't lasting long, the service was nice, and the place was decorated nicely and seemed clean. When I went back to get them fixed, I was greeted immediately and they were very informative on how the gel polish flexes and can crack. She gladly fixed them for me and put an extra top coat to make sure they would be a bit sturdier for me. I would return for another mani and and try a pedicure. read more

Went in for a pedi with a friend everything was clean and I think this place is the best in Denham springs area for sure.

Pretty good. My nails normally last a while- gel nail mani- a good 2 weeks. My toes last a month from normal nail polish. I do have a complaint tho. The massages last 30 seconds or less per foot/leg and hand/arm. Which I'm not exaggerating when I say 30 seconds. I've watched the timer on the gel nail thing while she massaged my hands today. One hand she massaged 25 seconds then next about 30. Both pedi and mani together took 45 mins. I paid $70- plus a $20 tip- i like to give each girl $10. I wish that they would take their time with me when I go and give me a longer massage on my hands and legs because that's the biggest reason I go get my nails done. I probably wont be back here because this has happened the last 2 times in a row now. read more

The price was entirely too expensive for the quality but the salon was beautiful, maybe I was paying for the ambiance?? I got a pedicure and full set, both with gel for $107. Let's start positive clean nail salon,greeted upon arrival and no wait to get in the chair(is a plus). I arrived with acrylic nails,gel polish, and in need of a toe polish change/cut down. I told nail tech #1 I wanted dip powder French manicure on all my nails except my ring fingers because I want marble designs on them. The base dip powder was nude for my French manicure. I ended up with thick bulky nude based nails with no French manicure dip nails. Nail tech 2 does the 2 marble designs they are pretty(see pictures). Nail tech 2 is also ready to draw on my manicure and I said that's not what I wanted I wanted dip powder French manicure not gel polish. Nail tech 2 tells nail tech 1,I didn't want gel polish and nail tech 1 says she didn't understand what I was asking for.(I clearly stated I want a dip powder French manicure with dip white tips &2 marble designs. So l ended up paying $84.00 with no tip for basically 2 pretty marble nails and toes polished because the nude dip powder ain't it. read more

I've been a customer of Soirée for some time; however, lately their work product has decreased. Yesterday I had a pedicure (regular polish) and dip polish change on nails ($105). Pedicure was trash, quick soak and cuticle cut. As far as my hands: I specifically asked to keep my length and shape (coffin). Came out with SHORTER nails shaped like elephant toe nails. I kept telling her I was not a fan of the shape and she would respond "I reshape, I'm not finished." She never reshaped. Ni and Jen tried to fix it, but it was hopeless and my nails are ugly. This isn't the first time one of the new girls failed to deliver on good service, but it's the last. read more
