I kept falling asleep, but they remained patient with my wandering feet. The entire experience was awesome. The prices are definitely affordable and the service is impeccable. I was literally sitting in my car in front of the salon when the employees arrived. They all got out of the vehicles and beckoned for me and another lady to come into the salon. It was immaculately clean. There were no smells of harsh chemicals. Since she and I were the first there we started receiving services I got a pedicure with Shellac, a new set of hip nails with a manicure, and 2 marble nails. oh....... and I got my brows waxed which I must say this was the best brow wax ever. Maybe it's because I also work in the service industry that I notice it, either way, I truly love the atmosphere. There's always a movie or music on, it's relaxing. Others have ruined a couple of experiences but it's never been because of staff!!

Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unfriendly. Unlike other patrons, we were never offered beverages. My daughters' pedicure lasted no more than 15 minutes and this was her very first actual pedicure. The polish had to be redone twice because it was clumpy and poorly applied and honestly, it looked as though a child had done it. The "foot massage" I received was not a massage at all, even after I specifically asked if she could actually massage my feet. When the service was finished, my feet looked no different than when I walked in. What upset me most was how my 3-year-old was treated. The nail tech who assisted her was mean and visibly impatient. It reached a point where my daughter asked to go home because she was sad. She is accustomed to getting her nails done, this was something she often did with my mom, so this experience was especially heartbreaking. This was our first time at this salon, and it will absolutely be our last. What was meant to be a relaxing and healing day turned into an unnecessary expensive, stressful and upsetting experience. We were treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. I would not recommend this establishment.
