I've never experience anything like this. The Technician Jade evidently use unclean/nonstreile equipment during the pedicure or the way they herd clients through there's nothing properly cleaned. This company is going to kill someone with the filthy practices and behavior at this business. I will never go back to this place! The whimsical looks of the place is quite a facade! Underneath the aesthetics there are lots of practices that must take place. I will contact the Board of Health to place a complaint. I went in to get a pedicure and I was injured and given an infection. The worst experience ever!!! I will never recommend this place.

During cuticle trimming the technician got one of my toes and then when was sprayed with alcohol it stung. A couple of red flags one was it didn't look like the tools were sterilized, specifically two different cuticle trimmers were used. One was with things that came out from the back (hoping those were sterilized but cannot confirm), and the other was already sitting at the station. It appeared that a purple sponge for callus removal was being reused on me. And something other than nail polish was being poured into the bottle that I wanted for nail polish - unsure what that was. Overall, the staff were friendly and nice, some areas of improvement would be sterilization of the products and being gentle with nail care

I made an appointment online, and it was for gel nails. I wanted both my fingers and toes to be gel. The salon is beautiful! It is in a great location too, but the staff is not friendly or welcoming. When I got there for my appointment, there was no one at the door and I had to find a staff member to tell them I was there to check in. After they checked me in , they took me to a chair to start my pedicure. They then asked me what color I wanted... I didn't pick this out, they brought colors to me. Which was ok, but this is normally done before you sit down. After I picked my color, I was then told that they don't do gel on the toes. It was fine and I guess not that big of a deal. After my toes were done, I sat and got my nails done. I wanted a French tip with pink instead of white. They could have been better, and I feel my nail specialist was rushing. For the price and the quality of work, I don't know if I will return.

Like WOW the details! They will also offer you a drink and snack while you're being serviced. If you like crazy designs like myself, Eric will make sure it's perfect every time! I'm a bit of a germaphobe and I've never once felt uncomfortable. It's incredibly clean and tidy and they always have some good music playing. This place has extremely personable people, great quality work, and the prices are pretty competitive! They offer student discount so keep that in mind too! I typically get Gel X which a lot of places are just now beginning to do. Also when they do your natural nails they will always do a rubber base w/ your gel manis and mine are currently going strong for 3 weeks with no chips. Y'all know that is unheard of! They were top rated. I am so glad I came in. The nail technician took great care of me and was able to help me and relieve the pain I was in. Not only was she helpful but she was so nice and told me some advice that I may need to get the pedicures every 3 week due to the way my nail grows to prevent the ingrown. The pedicure was great.
