It's a NOOOOO for me. I will never come back or give my business. They were rude for real and the guy kept arguing with me about what he can and can't do. That should had been the 1st sign that this ain't the place to be at. Not only, I didn't get what I wanted the PRICE was too high for the horrible quality. I have short painted square nails full set because he acted like he couldnt do ballerina nails unless they were extremely long and they charged me $57 for this... My go to place in Hammond would never charge this much for this type of basic set and he could had gave me the nail shape I wanted regardless of length. It's just a NO for me !!!! I came here since it was convenient and looked nice for a gel medi pedi. The service was just ok and the quality was subpar. The polish on my nails weren't even, and started to peel around the edges after a week. One completely peeled off after 2 weeks. I got a basic pedi that is $32 and she charged me $35 for the upgraded pedi. So I let that go towards her tip. But I don't think I'll ever be back. read more

I love this place. They are my go to here in Baton Rouge. I suggest making an appointment because you never know when they'll be busy. It's a nice place with nice ambiance. The staff are the best, some care about your nails more than others so watch which tech you let do your nails. I'm from Texas and one thing I don't like about this place that my regular nail shop in Texas has is the fact that their dip powder doesn't stay on for 2 weeks, unlike my nail bar in Texas. Here I get my nails done abt every week and a half. Also, some colors DO NOT match the example so look at the power BEFORE you put it on your nails. read more

The worst experience I've ever had. I heard nothing but great things about this place, so when my mom came to town I decided to take her there so we could get pedicures. They asked if we had an appointment, to which we said no but they were still able to take us. The entire experience just felt rushed. We saw a mother and daughter come in and get turned away after saying they didn't have an appointment then another mother and daughter come in who didn't have an appointment came in and were seated and given first class treatment. The techs working on our toes even told us they'd have to finish quicker because they had appointments coming. Then why even take us in the first place? (it's rhetorical, I know very well why.) When we complained about it to the manager he said "oh no, I guess that's bad for me, huh?" and just laughed it off. My polish started peeling less than 24 hours later. I'll never come back. after waiting for almost 4 hours i finally was able to be seated. When asked what I wanted today I showed them a picture of the same set of nails they did just last month. yesterday due to the wait time i was only able to get eyebrows and pedicure. on yesterday I was told one price one today I was told $6.00 more. they are not good at doing acrylics. they kept messing up my gel on my acrylic nails. it began to lift and the gel started to morph. they are impatient and not skilled to do acrylics. I do not recommend coming to this place if you want your nails done right! Thank you. read more
