Overall jenifer did a great job. When i arrived though i mentioned i was in a rush so i wanted the fastest pedicure service. She was adamant about fully executing my service so i did appreciate that. I was seated almost immediately and service started just after. Which i was grateful for bc my last visit i was immediately seated but after waiting about 20-30 mins i left bc no one ever came to service me. The price for the basic pedi was $45 which i thought was a little on the high end. I was def upset / annoyed when i went to checkout and learned that it was + $20 for gel polish so 65$ for a "basic" pedi was a bit much for me. Highly likely i wont return. I have NEVER loved getting my nails done more than I have LOVED getting my nails done by Hannah. She is a true light in this world and my ONLY pick for a nail tech. She has transformed my nails from brittle and frail to strong and healthy. Not only has she transformed my nails, but she has transformed my confidence with consistent 2-3 week appointments and remarkable work everytime. I have been a loyal customer of this salon for more than three years, and until recently, I consistently recommended them to friends and coworkers. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely changed my perspective. At my last appointment, I waited over an hour past my scheduled time before being seated--something that has happened more than once. When I voiced my frustration about the long delays, instead of addressing the concern or acknowledging the importance of respecting customers' time, Randy became irate and locked me out of the online booking system entirely. As someone who has supported this business for years, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and the disregard for loyal clientele. If you're considering booking an appointment here, please be aware that having a scheduled time does NOT guarantee you will be seen anywhere near that time. In my experience, appointments are not consistently honored, and customer service concerns are not handled professionally. I truly hope Jason considers venturing out on his own to offer customers the experience they deserve and pay for. Jason, Tina, and the majority of the other nail techs are the best in the business. Randy hires well, but it's unfortunate that he has lost respect for the customers who helped build his business. Although I am only one voice, I hope my experience helps encourage improvements for future customers who book appointments at this salon. read more

First time I got a mani/pedi. Guy doing my nails was rude when I declined gel vs reg acrylic. One nail was a shiny gold while the rest were a plum color. When he was done he just left and went on lunch. Didn't tell me to sit for x amount of time or anything. After siting for 20ish or so I tested my nails and the gold was still as wet as when he put it on. My friend went find him and told him he must have used gel by mistake and he rudely said he didn't and said it was my fault it wasn't dry because it was reg polish. Anyway, I went back for the nails pictured. Inspo also pictured. They looked good to me except I got them too short, that's on me. I didn't notice until a couple days later that my pinky was really wonky. The nails cost 105. I went back a couple weeks later and got the same thing, just a little longer and my husband got a simple manicure and it winded up being the same price for both of us as it was for me the first time. Pricing is all over the place. Girls were nicer the second and third time I went. Guess it depends who you get. read more

My friend and I came here for the first time today and it was so nice inside. Their first thing I noticed was that it looked so clean, and I loved their pedicure tubs. It's like an amber iridescent tub. It's such a small detail but it's so pretty! I think I had Jade for my pedicure and Emily for my nails! My friend did the chrome and had Holly. They were all so great and so nice. Emily made sure I liked what I had and checked with me after every step which I appreciated. She took her time and painted so fast! It didn't come out thick or anything, it was perfect! I also loved the hot rock massage by Jade. I think that was the best part of the spa pedicure. I would definitely come back! Make an appointment on their website. Its incredibly easy. If you don't have a specific spa nail specialist yet, you eventually will. Jenifer is professional and attentive to requests. I've been coming here for over a year and it is my home from home! They truly treat you like family! You can't beat the prices of what you get. They have so many talented nail techs who are kind and hard working! I literally drive 30 mins just for them! I cannot get my nails done anywhere else because I will just get disappointed. This is the only salon I've been to in BR (and I've been to a lot) that I feel comfortable telling the techs if I don't like something and they will fix it without any sour faces or attitudes! My favorite nail salon EVER!! Once you go Sweetheart, you never go back and here's why. When you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and it feels like you are a part of the sweetheart family! I have never had a negative experience here, and if you are in search of a new salon I'd definitely recommend Sweetheart Nails. There haven't been any designs that they cannot do which is also super fun. The service is great and I never feel judged by the staff or other customers which can determine the overall experience. I have been coming here for a while, and have always liked the work done on my nails, however the last three times I have made an appointment a couple of weeks out, only to arrive and see my nail tech has just begun another person's nails who did not have an appointment, and walked in 5 minutes prior to my appointment time. Why do walk-ins get priority over appointments? I have been made to wait 45-60mins each time, making me late to other scheduled plans more than once. I have never been somewhere where walk-ins have priority over appointments and unfortunately will probably not return because of this. If it was a one-time thing, sure, but this has been the last 3 appointments. Incredibly unprofessional. read more

To give some background I used to be a regular at this salon. I scheduled my 3 week appointment with my regular nail tech for a mani/pedi. They ended up bumping my pedicure that i scheduled for the SECOND TIME, and put me with the worst nail tech i've ever seen. They ended up charging me full price for my pedicure even though I didn't even finish the service bc the nail tech doing my pedicure ripped the skin off my feet and took an hour and a half to not even get halfway through the pedicure. When i spoke to the manager she said she would call me and give me a free pedicure that week--I never received a call. This salon is extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning. read more

First Time i came i walked in and got the privilege of getting Kaylyn to do my nails. i asked for dip and acrylic and just one color. She was so fast, efficient and super sweet. She made sure i liked my nails every step of the way. The second time i went i walked in and Hannah did my nails. I asked for acrylics with the dip powder and the blue design. I loveddddddd the design and her work! She did perfect. I'm not sure who did my toes that time but i loved them too! A few months later, I booked an appointment with Kaylyn and she did amazing as usual! I asked for the same again acrylics with the dip & a design. I loved how the orange and white design turned out. She was so fast and perfect. While i was getting my toes done by Ms. Lance, she was doing my nails. I walked in at 9am and left with my toes and nails done by 10am. I always walk out of there very satisfied with nails and toes done! These women are so sweet and accommodating. 10/10 recommend this place! I'd say there prices definitely match the work they do! I have been coming to this salon for a long time. Today was the last day. While I love Randy and the team, the front desk staff is rude and dismissive. The last few visits, despite having an appointment with a technician, I have had to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment. Today, I waited thirty minutes for a pedicure and manicure. When I asked if they were running behind on appointments, they asked if I had an appointment... after I had checked in. The check-in shows I have an appointment. Then she explained that the all staff feature on booking doesn't shut down and so they are always overbooked. So even customers who have been there for years, who make appointments with technicians, still can't get into their appointments in time. Why have the system? I'm so disappointed. read more

This was my first time going here and I loved it. I walked in and checked in on their kiosk and got seated right away for a pedicure. I decided at the last minute to get my old dip removed and a new overlay of my real nails. Someone stepped in right away and prepped my nails for dip removal and also started on my new dip overlay while I was getting a pedicure. They were very fast and efficient! I will be back. read more

During cuticle trimming the technician got one of my toes and then when was sprayed with alcohol it stung. A couple of red flags one was it didn't look like the tools were sterilized, specifically two different cuticle trimmers were used. One was with things that came out from the back (hoping those were sterilized but cannot confirm), and the other was already sitting at the station. It appeared that a purple sponge for callus removal was being reused on me. And something other than nail polish was being poured into the bottle that I wanted for nail polish - unsure what that was. Overall, the staff were friendly and nice, some areas of improvement would be sterilization of the products and being gentle with nail care

I have short painted square nails full set because he acted like he couldnt do ballerina nails unless they were extremely long and they charged me $57 for this... My go to place in Hammond would never charge this much for this type of basic set and he could had gave me the nail shape I wanted regardless of length. It's just a NO for me !!!! And I do not recommend go somewhere else.

She gave me the menu , set my area up and offered something to drink. She did a great job on my nails and my toes. There were so many colors to choose from. I got the short, coffin shape with gel and gel on my toes. Y'all know I'm picky when it comes to my nails and the shaping. Like I've said before if it isn't t broke don't fix it. Well I had an issue and had to find some where different... I'm glad there were no limitations in her work. I told her what I wanted and she said I am so that. Everyone else complained or stated my nails had to be a certain length because they just COULDN'T do a short coffin shape. The prices were a little sooo for all the ads on but if you want what you want I guess you gonna pay it anyway lol. It was easy to set an appointment. It was very peaceful an just laid back. I will be retuning.

They were top rated. I am so glad I came in. The nail technician took great care of me and was able to help me and relieve the pain I was in. Not only was she helpful but she was so nice and told me some advice that I may need to get the pedicures every 3 week due to the way my nail grows to prevent the ingrown. The pedicure was great.
