This was a first-time visit for me. I was a walk-in. I requested a manicure and color on my natural nails. The young receptionist was sweet. She even apologized for not immediately greeting me due to taking a phone call. That is how customer service is done! The other woman standing next to her had no excuse. I waited in the waiting area for about ten minutes. The decor was nice and not overdone. I was called back to a station and waited for a little more than ten minutes. There was music playing and TVs playing without sound; I wished they added the captions because otherwise, what is the point of the TV-- many people do not read lips. I met my technician. She was not particularly welcoming and was not a conversationalist as I have experienced elsewhere. However, I could see she was experienced with her craft. I mentioned an allergy that kept me from using certain products. I also mentioned a medical condition. Though I do not think the condition was understood, as it was not acknowledged or questioned for explanation, it actually did not become a problem during the session. As an introvert, I was hoping the stations were going to be a little spread a part. They were not. I appreciated the purse hook to avoid sitting the purse on the floor, though! Some salons do not have sinks for handwashing, but this salon does, which I like. No beverage was offered. No greetings or smiles from other staff members passing by during the wait. This is the first salon of this size that I have visited that has a small selection of polish colors, gel and non-gel. I was actually shocked. We settled on the American tip. I loved how the technician shaped my nails and exercised care during the manicure. No dust collector was used during filing, though-- I definitely had to clean my nose at home after breathing all that. I loved her attention to the cuticle work and hangnail cleanup. However, when she asked if I was liking the tips, I affirmed but asked if she thought the tips should be extended to cover my natural tips. She said no, and they were good. I took her professional opinion. I did not feel rushed until it was time to dry. She added something to my nails at the drying station, and I felt okay until my fingers started itching towards the end of drying. I also wondered why I needed UV. The itching worsened while in my vehicle leaving, which is when I noticed with the sunlight the negative space between the smile line and drawn tips. Jeez. It was about an hour before I could get home and get some hydrocortisone cream for my fingers. That was not a mistake. I cleaned polish from underneath two nails and tried to fix one tip on my right hand. read more

This company is going to kill someone with the filthy practices and behavior at this business. I will never go back to this place! The whimsical looks of the place is quite a facade! Underneath the aesthetics there are lots of practices that must take place. I will contact the Board of Health to place a complaint. Overall jenifer did a great job. When i arrived though i mentioned i was in a rush so i wanted the fastest pedicure service. She was adamant about fully executing my service so i did appreciate that. I was seated almost immediately and service started just after. Which i was grateful for bc my last visit i was immediately seated but after waiting about 20-30 mins i left bc no one ever came to service me. The price for the basic pedi was $45 which i thought was a little on the high end. I was def upset / annoyed when i went to checkout and learned that it was + $20 for gel polish so 65$ for a "basic" pedi was a bit much for me. Highly likely i wont return. I have been a loyal customer of this salon for more than three years, and until recently, I consistently recommended them to friends and coworkers. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely changed my perspective. At my last appointment, I waited over an hour past my scheduled time before being seated--something that has happened more than once. When I voiced my frustration about the long delays, instead of addressing the concern or acknowledging the importance of respecting customers' time, Randy became irate and locked me out of the online booking system entirely. As someone who has supported this business for years, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and the disregard for loyal clientele. If you're considering booking an appointment here, please be aware that having a scheduled time does NOT guarantee you will be seen anywhere near that time. In my experience, appointments are not consistently honored, and customer service concerns are not handled professionally. I truly hope Jason considers venturing out on his own to offer customers the experience they deserve and pay for. Jason, Tina, and the majority of the other nail techs are the best in the business. Randy hires well, but it's unfortunate that he has lost respect for the customers who helped build his business. First time I got a mani/pedi. Guy doing my nails was rude when I declined gel vs reg acrylic. One nail was a shiny gold while the rest were a plum color. When he was done he just left and went on lunch. Didn't tell me to sit for x amount of time or anything. After siting for 20ish or so I tested my nails and the gold was still as wet as when he put it on. My friend went find him and told him he must have used gel by mistake and he rudely said he didn't and said it was my fault it wasn't dry because it was reg polish. Anyway, I went back for the nails pictured. Inspo also pictured. They looked good to me except I got them too short, that's on me. I didn't notice until a couple days later that my pinky was really wonky. The nails cost 105. I went back a couple weeks later and got the same thing, just a little longer and my husband got a simple manicure and it winded up being the same price for both of us as it was for me the first time. My friend and I came here for the first time today and it was so nice inside. Their first thing I noticed was that it looked so clean, and I loved their pedicure tubs. It's like an amber iridescent tub. It's such a small detail but it's so pretty! I think I had Jade for my pedicure and Emily for my nails! My friend did the chrome and had Holly. They were all so great and so nice. Emily made sure I liked what I had and checked with me after every step which I appreciated. She took her time and painted so fast! It didn't come out thick or anything, it was perfect! I also loved the hot rock massage by Jade. I think that was the best part of the spa pedicure. I would definitely come back! To give some background I used to be a regular at this salon. I scheduled my 3 week appointment with my regular nail tech for a mani/pedi. They ended up bumping my pedicure that i scheduled for the SECOND TIME, and put me with the worst nail tech i've ever seen. They ended up charging me full price for my pedicure even though I didn't even finish the service bc the nail tech doing my pedicure ripped the skin off my feet and took an hour and a half to not even get halfway through the pedicure. First Time i came i walked in and got the privilege of getting Kaylyn to do my nails. i asked for dip and acrylic and just one color. She was so fast, efficient and super sweet. She made sure i liked my nails every step of the way. The second time i went i walked in and Hannah did my nails. I asked for acrylics with the dip powder and the blue design. I loveddddddd the design and her work! She did perfect. I'm not sure who did my toes that time but i loved them too! A few months later, I booked an appointment with Kaylyn and she did amazing as usual! I asked for the same again acrylics with the dip & a design. I loved how the orange and white design turned out. She was so fast and perfect. While i was getting my toes done by Ms. Lance, she was doing my nails. I walked in at 9am and left with my toes and nails done by 10am. I decided at the last minute to get my old dip removed and a new overlay of my real nails. I have been coming to this salon for a long time. Today was the last day. While I love Randy and the team, the front desk staff is rude and dismissive. The last few visits, despite having an appointment with a technician, I have had to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment. Today, I waited thirty minutes for a pedicure and manicure. When I asked if they were running behind on appointments, they asked if I had an appointment... after I had checked in. The check-in shows I have an appointment. Then she explained that the all staff feature on booking doesn't shut down and so they are always overbooked. So even customers who have been there for years, who make appointments with technicians, still can't get into their appointments in time. Why have the system? I'm so disappointed. read more
