The pedicure itself was nice, and I received what I asked for. I would rate the pedicure service around a 7/10. However, I did have concerns about sanitation. After my pedicure, I noticed that the tools used on me were left on the technician's cart rather than being taken somewhere for cleaning or sanitation. That really concerned me, especially after reading other reviews mentioning similar concerns. I understand that I may not know the salon's exact sanitation process, but from a customer's perspective, it did not give me confidence that the tools were properly sanitized. Unfortunately, my experience with my fingernails was very different. I originally had gel on my natural nails and decided to have them redone with a French gel design. I specifically asked for a French tip, but the first attempt was very uneven. The French tips were extremely thick, and each nail looked different from the others. I repeatedly asked if the technician could fix them because I wasn't happy with how they looked. She kept telling me she would fix them, but eventually became visibly frustrated and started complaining to another technician. Another lady came over and offered to redo the French tips, which I appreciated. The second technician did a better job overall, but I still noticed that the French on my index finger was much too thick. When I asked if it could be fixed, instead of removing and reapplying the gel, she filed my nails down significantly. I don't mind having short nails, and the almond shape itself was actually very pretty, but the thick and uneven French tips made the overall result look strange. What bothered me most was the way I felt during the service. I felt like I was being treated as though I was being difficult or asking for something unreasonable, when all I was asking was for the French tips to look consistent and clean. I consider myself a very easygoing customer and rarely complain about my nails. I wasn't asking for anything complicated or out of the ordinary--I simply wanted the French tips to look even on each nail. I'm also not someone who normally leaves reviews, but today's experience really bothered me. I didn't think to check the reviews beforehand because this is a salon in my hometown, and I had previously had great experiences here with Kevin. I used to leave the salon very happy with my nails, which is why I felt comfortable coming back. Looking at the reviews afterward, I realized that other customers have also had concerns about the service and sanitation. Overall, the pedicure was pleasant, but the sanitation concerns and the experience with my fingernails were disappointing. I especially didn't appreciate feeling uncomfortable for simply asking for the service to be corrected when the results were clearly uneven. Unfortunately, based on my experience today, I would not return.

Like WOW the details! They will also offer you a drink and snack while you're being serviced. If you like crazy designs like myself, Eric will make sure it's perfect every time! I'm a bit of a germaphobe and I've never once felt uncomfortable. It's incredibly clean and tidy and they always have some good music playing. This place has extremely personable people, great quality work, and the prices are pretty competitive! They offer student discount so keep that in mind too! I typically get Gel X which a lot of places are just now beginning to do. Instead, I sat there for an entire hour with no water in the bowl and no one starting my service. I also asked for an eyebrow wax, which was never done during that entire time. Throughout the hour I was sitting there, employees repeatedly looked at me and walked past without communicating any updates or acknowledging how long I had been waiting. At one point, one of my friends laughed and an employee told her to be quiet because "people come here to relax." I found that extremely rude and unprofessional, especially considering we were paying customers who had already been sitting around waiting far longer than we were originally told. I was finally helped around 5:50 PM, only 10 minutes before they close at 6:00 PM. Even after my pedicure was finally started, the service was extremely disorganized. One employee started my pedicure and then stopped in the middle of my service to go help another customer. A completely different employee came over and continued my pedicure, then he stopped as well, and the original employee eventually came back just to paint my toes. I was essentially passed back and forth between employees after already waiting over an hour to even be serviced. I understand that businesses get busy, especially on weekends, but I arrived an hour and 35 minutes before closing, which is a completely reasonable amount of time to come in for a service. If they did not have enough time or staff to accommodate me, I would have much rather been told that when I arrived instead of being quoted 45 minutes, left sitting in a pedicure chair for an additional hour, and then passed between employees once my service finally began. Overall, the lack of communication, extremely long wait, disorganized service, and the way we were treated made this experience very disappointing and unacceptable. If you cannot properly accommodate a customer before closing, be upfront about it instead of having them wait around for nearly an hour and a half and then rushing and switching employees throughout their service.
