I had a good experience the first time going, so I decided to bring my mom along for a visit. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. They filed both of our nails down so thin that you could see the nail beds, leaving us in significant pain. We haven't gone back since, and never plan on giving them another chance. read more

Very upset with my experience this time. I came with my niece to get her, her first full set for her bday. She was so excited! We came in a little before 1. They told us 5 min wait, we sat for 37 minutes. Then we moved to our chairs, and sat for another 15. They looked short staff, so I can't complain about the wait, but my niece was upset because they started with my nails, which took an hour and 15 min for dip only. I said I wanted almond shaped. It turned out VERY short circle. I hate the chunky circle nail so I kept saying skinnier skinnier skinnier and they didn't understand. Eventually he pretty much restarted and kept the dip under and then put gel on top my nail. I was so upset because I wanted the dip look, but I got dip underneath and after all this time he threw gel on top :( My niece, enjoyed her time while she got her's done! She wanted longer tips with a soft pink. She loves hers and is very happy with it! I have no problem paying for nails that my niece loved I just hate paying 40 bucks for nails I hate plus tip for both of us. read more

So this place is kind of new and I decided to give them a try. Nice decor. They were pretty busy but I was able to be seated immediately. They have several types of pedicures to choose from. I ended up getting the basic for $27. I got the gel/shellac on my hands for $20. I'm not pleased with the polish job at all. Wasn't wit $47. I had polish on my skin when I got in the car. Wasn't a neat polish at all. I noticed small holes/bubbles in the polish. I went here today 07/29/2021 and they could not even do the design i want but i was fine with that. Then i told them to just do a plain color with matte top coat. She proceeds to do the color and shiny top coat. They are quite chunky but look fine far away. I am not very happy with my nails but they are not the worst. I will not be going back i also paid 45$ for a whole set of acrylics and was not pleased. I paid $70 for a mani/pedi spa that I could've done myself. This place is not following the CDC guidelines of 6 ft apart. The room was full of people. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time. Service was horrible. They are rude and very unprofessional. Not sure how they do things in their country but we don't treat good paying customers the way they do, here in the U.S. They quoted one price when I arrived and was seated but then when I went to check out, the old man said it was $20 more because I got almond shape nails and they were a tad bit longer, which was not long. So they charge $5 for a certain shape and $5 extra for length? wth are we paying $45 for a set for??? what is included in that then? They are scamming customers and can not charge more than what is on the price menu. I wonder if all of their green cards are still valid and what are they really doing in those back rooms???? Guy doing my spa pedicure kept stopping to text, left with his at one point, massaged for less than a minute, barely put any clear polish on my nails, and seemed annoyed to have a customer. My experience was HORRIBLE. THEY ARE RUDE! I came in to get my nails done. 1. I asked if they would be able to take me after seeing the shop so full and they said that they could. I waited a while and even asked when they could take me after a while. They left me kind of sitting there while they cleaned up (preparing to go home I assume) but someone could have been getting started on my nails. 2. They spoke very LOUDLY! The experience is suppose to be calming and relaxing, but they were NOT. 3. After 2 days my nail broke on one hand, and on the other hand the shellac polish started peeling! I am busy so I went back when I was able to do so to have it repaired and I was told very LOUDLY AND RUDELY by the older man that they do not fix nails that are fill-in's for free. I NEVER ASKED them to do it for free, so I did not appreciate the assumption that I did not want to pay...EVEN THOUGH I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO PAY!!! 4. THEN, the person doing my nails got loud and very rude after I asked WHY I was being charged $5 TO FIX ONE nail and to have a nail that had shellac polish PEELED (again after 2 days). I have NEVER had shellac to peel so it was obviously an error on their part. Then he said WHATEVER...WHATEVER to me and waved his hand like he did not want me to speak any further. I said that I would never give them another dime. AND I WON'T. THE ONLY reason I went back was because I knew that I would NEVER be able to match the color but NOPE...I do not go where my money and my business is not respected! The majority of the staff do a great job on manicures and pedicures. However, the staff is rude as hell. The woman that did my pedicure didn't want to do my nails because she mistook me for someone else that didn't like the way she did their nails. She jokingly said it to another employee that I don't like the way she does my nails. They play on their phones and talk to other employees while not paying attention to what they're supposed to be doing. Ever since the opened the new one right down the street and now have new workers in the old one it haven't been the same. It's like the new workers are just experimenting on us! I got my nails done on December 23rd, on the 25th my nails was chipped. I went back on the 26th to get if fixed and had to pay $4! The following week more then two of my nails were completely off. Keep in mind that I have dip powder which usually last however long I want it to! Sometimes for almost a month. I do not recommend going unless you ask for an old worker. read more

I'm pleased with my nails, however, the service is not the best. The technicians are cold and rude. I'm assuming the guy walking around with the dog and not doing anything but eyebrows is the manager. How is it sanitary to have DOGS walking around the nail shop? Come on... as I waited on my feet to dry the dog comes and sniffs and licks all of my belongings. I had to ask them to come get their dog. Is this really happening? The dog is friendly and greets everyone by jumping on their legs, but this is so gross and unprofessional for a nail salon. Great modern look on the inside. A very friendly and incredible staff to talk and converse with. Thuy did an excellent job with my deluxe pedicure by assuring me what she was doing, what the products were, and always asked if I were comfortable and wanted anything to drink. Water and wine are both available. Another lady did my hands and she was just as knowledgeable and friendly. Don't be afraid or reticent to converse with the people there. I can't remember if you was acknowledged right away when I came in, but that may be a cultural practice. I don't ever give perfect ratings but it's a great place overall. read more

No stars horrible service! I visited le's nail bar for the first not even a week ago . While I was there I had to wait for several people who came after me to get there nails done once I was finished with my pedicure. Once the guy started to work on my nails he even then was doin other things taking several breaks & constantly on the phone . When it came time to shape my nails he then ask me if I am satisfied with the length and shape I assure him that I am and starts talkin about my nails also bringing the customer next to me in the conversation talking about my nails and how "I should get them shorter they are long af and he no like long nail". I spent all together $77 dollars including a $12 tip for 3 of my nails to pop off within a couple of days after getting them done along with a pedicure which was half done and eyebrows as well spending almost $20 more than I would normally spend . So today Dec 3 I called and let them know what was going on . The phone was handed of to someone else and who then said well what do you want us to do it been a week .
