I'm a bit of a germaphobe and I've never once felt uncomfortable. It's incredibly clean and tidy and they always have some good music playing. This place has extremely personable people, great quality work, and the prices are pretty competitive! They offer student discount so keep that in mind too! I typically get Gel X which a lot of places are just now beginning to do. Also when they do your natural nails they will always do a rubber base w/ your gel manis and mine are currently going strong for 3 weeks with no chips. Y'all know that is unheard of! I'm very intentional about having good service providers. They make you feel like friends/fam. I'll never turn my back on Glowy!!

Not only was she helpful but she was so nice and told me some advice that I may need to get the pedicures every 3 week due to the way my nail grows to prevent the ingrown. The pedicure was great.
