The place upon stepping in looked ok So I aat and waited the lady doing the pedicures had 2 ahead of me and seemed to be working rather quicklyI thought . My water in the foot bath got cold abd tha machine had stopped I told her she then stopped what she was doing and wwnt got a bucket and measureing cup and scooped the water out and refilled the tub with water. This seemed to be normal because the man sitting next to me says it happened to him. Now mind you there is another gentleman doing nails across doing nail sets. And a woman in the back doing lashes.I will get to them in a minute , so the technician goes back and finishes the woman ahead of me. Here is where it gets wierd . I finally got my turn she scrubs me up and polishes a base coat and leaves am like what about my polish she says he will get you, he will get you. So I wait because this is going to cost me $45. I must have waited 45 minutes as I am sitting there I looked around this place was dirty they had broken nails all around the nail tables, the floor had not been swept and dusty. They had a ton of people in the back to get their eyelashes on. My daughter called me and said that I needed to pick her up where was I? I had been in that shop for a hour and a half-ridcules! I proceeded to tell them I had to go and how much is it. The woman in the back comes out and tells the guy who is working on a woman's gel nails to stop and polish up my toe nails. This makes the woman in the chair angry and she cuts up. So the woman in the back says she will start doing her nails In meantime she still got the woman in the back with a few lashes to put on waiting in limbo as well. She didn't wash her hands she sat down to work on that lady's nails. I made him wash his hands before touching my toe nails I didn't want any transference from the other client or clients. When he finished I didn't want to wait under the nail dryer because it looked dusty and I was in a hurry. I will not be going back there at all.

My tips were uneven but at this point I just wanted to leave. She tried to rush me out before even getting my toes polished, mind you I told her twice before we finished. I didn't get my toes serviced until 11:45am and when the other lady finished, she didn't give the flip flops I usually get, but she gave one to the other client she did without question. I will not be back and I don't recommend this place. This use to be my go-to but I got a completely different staff today.

I liked that she asked if I wanted her to use a razor so I could say no. Other places have just done it without asking. Just a head's up, they do not take Amex or checks and only take cash for tips.
