I liked that she asked if I wanted her to use a razor so I could say no. Other places have just done it without asking. Just a head's up, they do not take Amex or checks and only take cash for tips. Pedicure was $27 which I thought was very reasonable.

They have a few new rules in this COVID-19 world we are living in. First, you need to call to make an APPOINTMENT before going. They are not taking walk-ins at this time. When you first arrive, you are asked to wash your hands and sign in. They will then seat you where ever depending on the services you are requiring. There are limits to the number of people they will allow in, so I'm figuring no one other than clients are allowed inside at this time. The chairs for pedicures are roped off so that there is appropriate social distancing, as well as the chairs for getting your hands done. They require a MASK AT ALL TIMES. There are plexiglass "walls" in between you and the nail technician while you are getting your hands done. The quality is still the same, you just need to be more patient because they are doing what they have to do right now. They are also short staffed as a result. Patience is a virtue at this time! It's still my very favorite place to get my nails done. They are absolutely second to NONE as far as I'm concerned. Check them out!

I sat in limbo for 1 hour with my hands in the acetone solution when finally a woman came to me and said, "be patient, someone will be with you soon because the recent customer had an appointment". I looked at her and said, " I had a 9:30 appointment and it's now 10:30...I got up, took off the foil, washed my hands and offered to pay for the hour long wait which I feel should have been offered for free...but it wasn't and left. No, I can not recommend this company. I was thoroughly disappointed and it put me in a difficult situation because I had to go to my gathering with my nails not done, I was inconvenienced and not compensated for their lack of professionalism.
