I looked at her and said, " I had a 9:30 appointment and it's now 10:30...I got up, took off the foil, washed my hands and offered to pay for the hour long wait which I feel should have been offered for free...but it wasn't and left. No, I can not recommend this company. I was thoroughly disappointed and it put me in a difficult situation because I had to go to my gathering with my nails not done, I was inconvenienced and not compensated for their lack of professionalism.

They are amazing and sweet when my husband comes, letting him sit in the chair next to me and including him in conversation.
