Absolutely fantastic experience at USA Nails! From the first moment I walked through the door, I am always greeted with warm smiles by the amazing staff! Since my first visit in April when I had to get dip removed (done by another salon in town), my nails have been beautiful and healthy. They are amazing and sweet when my husband comes, letting him sit in the chair next to me and including him in conversation. Cathy is my go to, she is always excited to show me new polishes, attentive when it comes to my nails, and gives amazing ideas for things to try like matte or cat eye. I got a pedicure from my daughter and son in law for Mother's Day . We were helped as soon as we walked in. We went straight back to our pedicure chairs. They have the chairs that massage you while you get your pedicure done . There are TVs to watch as well if you would like too. They also have free drinks a bottled water , coke, sprite or even a glass of wine . You may have to ask if your person doesn't offer though . I got the French tip pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was very enjoyable a little ticklish but that's normal . The only thing I didn't like was my the polish on my fingers didn't even last two days . But I'm awful with my nails so that's not their fault my toes still look good. They were friendly and did a good job on both my daughter and I so we will go back. read more

It wasn't a good choice for me. I had a gel manicure which started lifting the next day. My nails were poorly shaped, I had to have them redo my eyebrows. I was extremely disappointed since I was new to the area. Maybe my expectations were high based on what I was used to. I just can't see myself doing a Repeat. read more

Went in last weekend to get dipped nails done. The lady helping me didn't know what she was doing so another lady had to come and re-do finish the job, they ended up looking fine. Dipped nails should last at least two weeks up to four weeks. Well it has been one week and I lost 7 in the shower. The nails polish literally fell off my nails. For a 45$ service I'd expect much better quality. I recommend you save your money and go literally anywhere else. read more

My acrylic was really messy. The polish was chipping the next day. She kept jerking my hands and throwing my hands around. I will never return. It wasn't a good experience for me. When I asked her to fix her mistake she caught an attitude with me. read more

USA nails was horrible. It was my first time going there and my last. There were about 10 workers there and all of them were on pedicures. One lady came to do nails. ONLY ONE! She did someone's nails then she went back to doing feet again. She came back to do someone else's nails and it took her FOREVER!! No one wanted to do nails. Out of all the people that were there no one was doing nails. My daughter and I were there an hour and a half and no one had even come to take off our old polish so we left. It was a horrible experience. There should have at least been 2 or 3 people on nails and the rest on feet! We came to The Nail Place right down the street where there was much better service. I Will Never return! Had been going to this nail shop for over a year, mainly pedicure which was great, BUT I start to notice nail polishes appeared dried out and old( looking at rim of polish with excessive amount of dried product) but bottle almost full because they have added solution to make it last longer. The hours on the door of the nail salon say that they open at 9:00, no one showed up until 9:15 and one person got started on me while the rest of the employees got the salon ready for the day. When I left at 10, the salon was still not fully ready for customers. My manicure and pedicure were fine but not great and two of my fingers were cut during the manicure to the point of bleeding. There are better nail salons in Zachary that don't cost as much. read more

I went in after work & was excited to see no one there! I got a mani & pedi. And since I was the only one there, I'm thinking in and out, they actually began both at the same time! The pedicure was was great, as for the manicure, TERRIBLE!! Because she was standing over me in the manicure chair, she could hardly see because her shadow blocked the light. Thus, my cuticles looked like I had been chewing on them, my nails were not filed smooth, the paint brush left streaks in my polish & was too thick. When I asked that she fix it, she acted like she couldn't understand me. I told her that I would only pay half for the manicure since it was done terribly, but she charged me full price anyway!! After complaining and showing the other nail techs the terrible manicure, another girl in the shop told me to come back the next day since I had already been in there for 3 1/2 hours. I came back the next morning, she did a great job trimming my cuticles, but the paint job again was too thick, and I had bubbles in my polish, which later left spots...I will never go there again, even with the great pedicure!! read more

I got a Pedi on yesterday which was great, but my toes were not shaped evenly. The polish peeled off the next day on one of my toes. The good thing about this shop is they have plenty of workers. Overall, I will not be going here again. read more

I think they were really awesome a couple of years ago, but have greatly declined. I think what summed up my bad experience today was the side of my toenail was cut, yes, the part you don't cut. Quite a ways down my left big toe and to a smaller degree my right big toe. I don't know if she over cut & pulled that tissue, or what. When I jumped, she put pressure on that toe as it bled. Not fun, leaving from your pedi with sore toes. I basically came home and put neosporin & bandaids on both. Wasn't just my tech, my husband said his little toe was overcut, too. The pedicure left me with nail polish all around my nail, not just clear coat. The service provided by one of the ladies who work there was less than up to regular standard, she could not follow a simple request given by the customer. The man who took over and did the remaining portions of the nails after the lady got to frustrated did a wonderful job taking the simple direction to file down a ridge on the side of the nail. The end result was good but I do not think there should have been this much hassle for a customer to get what they want for a nail filling. read more
