Found this salon nicely tucked off Siegan Lane. So far, so good. Today was my third visit and I think I have finally found a solid nail salon to call home. They are very clean and organized. They offer manicure services, gel/shellac, powder dip, ombré, nail designs, and more than 4 pedicure options. Did I mention how I'm a stickler for time? So I typically call about 3-4 days ahead to schedule my appointment. Each time, I've walked in and went straight to the chair (+bonus points). On Sundays, I would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment-- just an FYI They are detailed in their work and will even go the extra mile to match the color polish I desire which I very much appreciate. I've even witnessed them service a family of four (father, mother, and 2 daughters) on a Sunday and it was a perfect atmosphere for a family outing of relaxation! I was trying my best to keep this gem quietly tucked in my pocket but I would be doing Jade a disservice by not sharing my review. :) read more

I enjoyed my visit here. I went in a whim because I was next door at Team Honda getting my car serviced and decided to walk to get my nails done. When I walked in I was greeted immediately. The place is nicely decorated and clean. I ended up getting dip powder. The solution to soak off my existing dip was really strong though. My hands seemed to be peeling once I removed them from the soak but it was just the product. I had to wash my hands multiple time to get the solution off plus they had to clean them multiple times with alcohol. I showed a picture of the design I wanted and they executed it perfectly. They were a little pricey but I'd return if in the area again. read more

I have been coming to Jade nails and spa for over a year now and I will never leave. This is the only shop I have been to where my nails all stayed on for over two weeks. They are always quick with their services but never rush me in and out. It's also a very relaxing place after a long day. As long as I'm getting my nails done, I will be coming to Jade nails and spa. read more

My mom and I spontaneously came in on a Sunday afternoon to get classic pedicures. We were greeted at the door and everyone in the establishment was friendly. We were then seated at two pedi chairs to let our feet soak and a nail tech offered us something a beverage - coke, sprite, water, etc. I found it a bit odd that no one put the exfoliating tablets in the tubs for us during this time. The nail techs assisted us one-by-one as they finished up on previous clients. My tech started working on my feet about 10 minutes after my mom's, and she put an exfoliating tablet in the tub for me, but my mom's tech never did (weird, right?). They were both friendly, and my tech wasn't overly chatty which I enjoyed. My nail tech did a great job and was very detailed with my polish, as she went back and used a brush with acetone to remove any polish from my skin. My favorite part was the foot and leg massage, ahhhh! It was amazing combined with the massage chair - I felt soo relaxed and wanted to fall asleep in it! My only complaint is the inconsistency between the two nail techs. read more

Very nice salon with amazing and friendly service! Lots of colors and options to choose from.

I came in an hour ago and they told me they were too busy to take me. I told them I'd come back. Need I not remind you that when I initially went in, someone came in with me. They took her and told me to return. I return and they tell me to wash my hands and the. pick my color. The same lady that told me to come back told me that she could do my toes but NOT my nails. I asked why and she stated, "the last lady didn't know what you wanted and we can't do for you" I asked if she was denying service and she said she could do my toes. NO. What's so difficult about square round, gel manicure? You can polish my toes but not my nails? This to me was total discrimination and I will NOT be returning! read more

Worst nails I've ever gotten Beautiful shop but not everyone in there knows there shapes. The nail tech messed up my shape (also super thick) then tried to blame me that I didn't correct her earlier on it. One she never asked me if she had done correctly and two it's not my job to question her work if this is her profession. Literally 2 more techs came over and from the looks on there faces they knew she had done my nails wrong and tried to clean up her sloppy work. The shop was so busy on a Sunday they asked me to come back during the week so they could fix- felt like I came on. Sunday for a reason I clearly would not be available during the week between work and flying out. I still processed with the pedicure they claimed not to have the matching gel color to the dip when I asked from start did the color have a matching gel. I was told rather matter of fact that all the dips had a matching gel. Well the same person had to eat crow and tried to put a different shade on me- I had to tell her no. Not sure why she hadn't taken the time to find the matching color from the get go when I asked. I had to search for the proper matching color. That was my first and last time at jade - I only went because my regular tech was closed on Sunday and her available times didn't align with my schedule before my trip. The pics I have are after they tried to fix the almond shape nails. Let's just say when I got to my trip destination 2 days later the nail tech there said the nails looked terrible and thought a beginner or myself had tried to do my nails. My bf and friends also hated the brown to the point they noticed how bad they were. Not only did I not go back to jade cuz I don't have time but also at check out they had the audacity to over charge me for the crappy job- they should have discounted for that crap and on top of that I ended up being in the shop for 2 hours : the brown pics are literally from when I got the nails done and the next day. The lady in the strip shirt is who did the set - please avoid if u go she doesn't know what she is doing read more

I got a manicure with gel polish. In the pricing pamphlet that they display it states a manicure is "file, shaping, cuticle trimming, and massage". They did not file, shape, or give a hand massage. I only received a cuticle trim and polish, but was still charged the full price of a manicure with gel polish. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly, but I am disappointed with the service I received. read more

Came here and was thinking it was going to be like all the other small nail salons and was very impressed from the moment I walked in the door. It was a good change in atmosphere. Very spacious with a light and airy feel. Got a very nice pedicure done at 29 weeks pregnant and it was definitely relaxing and felt like they took their time. Will be coming back and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area! read more

The location is nice, the nail techs are very kind and personable and the interior is beautiful.... But. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and no one seemed to know how or what to give me. Fine. So I settled on a dumbed down version of what I really wanted, only to be told MULTIPLE times that I shouldn't get my nails long. Even though long nails is an option on their price list with a $5 up charge. I always get long nails and have never been discouraged to do so by other nail shops...I know how to care for them. I came in with an old set I needed taken off. Instead of taking the time to let them soak off an older lady rushed and tried to pluck them off. She ended up cracking my natural nail, didn't even apologize. If you're wanting a basic mani or pedi go for it, but they are not the place for more "exotic" wants. They're giving Honda Civic work at Mercedes Benz prices. I won't be returning. read more

I was in town for a day and needed a pedicure & manicure. I decided to look on Yelp for a nail salon that had the highest review and I ran across Jade's. The pedicure I received was good but my full set is mediocre and bumped down to poor once given the price. I received nails that look like they would fit my daughter. The shape of the nails are all over the place and the polish is all on side of my finger which should've been cleaned up. One of my nails messed up and instead of starting over and fixing it she decided to patch it up. Then to be told my full set was $40 left me upset! I have had my nails done by the best and at extremely long lengths and non of my services have ever been this poor and this high. I am very disappointed in this salon. It's very rare that I will write a review but if I receive poor service I have to speak up! read more

I bite my nails so my fingernails were very short but she made it work and It came out so great! I highly recommend this place! They are ALWAYS nice when I come here. Decided to give them a try... the first 2 visits were okay, but when I tried to soak my acrylics off, they wouldn't budge and they turned into a gel-like substance. I suspect that they are using MMA and not EMA. The acrylic was very hard and I broke one of my natural nails attempting to remove the acrylic. I've always removed my own acrylics, and know the proper methods. When I questioned them about using MMA, they simply told me no they didn't use MMA, but provided no proof. I was also was charged an additional $7 to remove the 4 remaining acrylic nails that I gave up on. The nail tech also had a difficult time removing them. Due to time constraints, I allowed them to do my mani/pedi... I have never had a red that looks opaque. They aren't what I consider expensive, but they definitely aren't worth the time or the money. read more

This has been my go to nail salon for well over a year now. The salon is always very clean and the prices are very straight forward. They have an amazing selection of colors & many different pedicure options. I used to be weary of some of the nail techs but i've had my nails done by almost all of them now & can say they always do a great job. They changed to appointment only after corona and im not sure if they plan to stay that way but i hope they do! I try to go on weekdays so they arn't as busy and can really take their time. I put some photos of some of the nails i've had done here before, i always get a dip manicure set and a pedicure and its usually $70-80 depending on the shape / design etc. read more

I have NEVER felt so violated in my life. My nail tech started making small talk with me asking how old i was and if i had a boyfriend. Then, he started finishing my nails he said "let me take you out tonight and feel sexy" and I proceeded to tell him I have a boyfriend and that I have stuff to do. Then he said, "so what he's not your husband" and then "can I come with you to your plans please?" LIKE NO. I would give this place no stars if I could. Never going back read more

The place was clean, but I told them I wanted a Jade manicure with dip nails. The only thing I got was my cuticles clipped and the dip polish. I didn't even get lotion put on my hands. The shape of the dip nails were very bulky at first. I had to get the tech to reshape them multiple times, and they are still kind of bulky. Let me add that I was getting my nails done for my wedding, and I was looking forward to a relaxing service which is what I asked for. The final bill was for myself and a friend. Dip application and gel polish application, not even a full manicure for $80. Definitely left disappointed. read more

This is the Spirit Airlines of nail salons. I'll say this, they do good work from what i've seen, have a broad range of color options, & the interior decor is beautiful. However, they nickel & dime everything, & I mean everything. Refill $15-$18 (mine ended up being $30 because I needed white acrylic which she said they only use for ombré, but the current set I had on was all white. I told her just to clear acrylic & i'll paint glitter over them. She ended up doing the white anyway.) Add on a cut down is $4, plus to shape them is another $5, on top of the $10 they charge for the polish...the polish. So I paid $50 to have them cut, refill, file & polish my nails. I could have gotten a completely new set for that according to their menu. However i'm sure after charging for glue & drying it would be more. read more

Just left: I asked for the "jade" manicure with gel polish.. this includes cleaning clipping massage salt scrub and hot towels.. Long story short.. lady seemed like she was in a hurry.. didn't give me anything on the jade list.. but got some lotion slapped on me .. not rubbed in, and my nails are mediocre.. price was 30.. took 15 minutes max My friend I was with paid 50 for dip and didn't even get lotion plus had to go back and fourth with what she wanted.. (also asked for the jade) (as you can see on the price list, even if they gave her the minimum it should have been 45 but she again asked for jade and paid 50) We were aggravated and paid and left .. would leave 0 stars .. we get manicures often and this was decent looking nails.. but terrible service and way over priced .. I have a gel kit at home.: if I wanted to get kicked out the door I would have done it myself:. Also it was my friends wedding manicure.. Won't go back.. but if you go here .. make them repeat back to you what you want and ask them the total price before you get started .. read more

I've been here many times and a few other nails salons in between my visits, but I always come back to Jade. I'm always greeted, kindly. They're sanitary and always use new tools on each client. The place is spotless and clean. They offer refreshments, which is always nice. There's an endless amount of colors ranging from gel polish, dip powder and regular nail lacquers. I've never had to wait forever and there's structure if you ever have to wait for a little while because you have to sign in. I have very sensitive hands and I never leave with my cuticles busted and bruised, as I always do with every other nail salon. The services are never rushed, even if it gets a little busy. I love the fact that the workers wear uniforms because it shows a level of professionalism that other nails salons lack. Lastly, the nail techs know how to file! Which is a huge deal for me because there's nothing like a crooked set of nails. The owner of the nail salon is my favorite tech btw. read more
