Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unfriendly. Unlike other patrons, we were never offered beverages. My daughters' pedicure lasted no more than 15 minutes and this was her very first actual pedicure. The polish had to be redone twice because it was clumpy and poorly applied and honestly, it looked as though a child had done it. The "foot massage" I received was not a massage at all, even after I specifically asked if she could actually massage my feet. When the service was finished, my feet looked no different than when I walked in. What upset me most was how my 3-year-old was treated. The nail tech who assisted her was mean and visibly impatient. It reached a point where my daughter asked to go home because she was sad. She is accustomed to getting her nails done, this was something she often did with my mom, so this experience was especially heartbreaking. This was our first time at this salon, and it will absolutely be our last. What was meant to be a relaxing and healing day turned into an unnecessary expensive, stressful and upsetting experience. We were treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. I would not recommend this establishment.

I've been getting Pedicures for 30 yrs mthly and Always Hot paraffin wax is hot, feels like thick wax and up to ankles. No massage & chair massagers not good. Going to the beach next week and wanted something fun. If the look couldn't be achieved or they didn't have skilled hombre techs I would be ok if they said that. The girl tried, and i told her i didn't like how it looked and she tried to fix it. It was improved when she did, but still wasn't great. I said it was good because i didn't have time to keep having her fix it and it's very uncomfortable to keep telling someone it's not good. But when i looked closer the edges were rough, my skin wasn't cleaned up, the edges didn't fit right, and some nails were lumpy. I told the guy at counter she did her best but i wasn't paying full price. They took half off of my hand portion (because i did pedi too.) They never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted and pretty sure they did a more expensive one instead of the basic. I spent $100 before tip, after the discount. I don't know if i will come back here again, and if i do i will have to keep it very simple or make an appt in advance and be real specific.

Ultimately every single finger lifted within 1 week of going to soirée nails (obviously this was going to happen and is NOT within the time you are due for any type of refill) I paid $70 for trash and was overcharged. When I contacted the salon, the lady offered $5 single dollars via cash app and declined seeing any photos or videos I took immediately as I had start seeing issues. I live out of town so coming in was not an option, and I would not have wanted to get scammed again based on them not providing good work. I asked for a refund and she refused. I will be following up with health concerns and BBB due to this and refusal to refund me completely.

I went in for the Gel builder nails overlay with tips, and this is the result. I'm so not happy with my nails, I want to soak them off. They really look a mess. I have attached what builder gel looks like, it comes in a jar and you use a brush to apply to the nail, not gel polish, gel polish is not it. They did too much sanding on the nail bed, before applying gel polish, you do not need to drill so much when using the gel builder the proper way. (The white nails I had done in Jacksonville, Florida at Gloss Nail Lounge and the gentlemen did an exceptional job, it was my first time getting the gel builder with tips nail job done. Look how smooth and beautiful the nails and color are.)The pink nails done at SAVA Nail bar in Denham Springs look horrible.
