About 30 minutes later, I was told to go sit in the pedicure chair, so I assumed I would be helped shortly. Instead, I sat there for an entire hour with no water in the bowl and no one starting my service. I also asked for an eyebrow wax, which was never done during that entire time. Throughout the hour I was sitting there, employees repeatedly looked at me and walked past without communicating any updates or acknowledging how long I had been waiting. At one point, one of my friends laughed and an employee told her to be quiet because "people come here to relax." I found that extremely rude and unprofessional, especially considering we were paying customers who had already been sitting around waiting far longer than we were originally told. I was finally helped around 5:50 PM, only 10 minutes before they close at 6:00 PM. Even after my pedicure was finally started, the service was extremely disorganized. One employee started my pedicure and then stopped in the middle of my service to go help another customer. A completely different employee came over and continued my pedicure, then he stopped as well, and the original employee eventually came back just to paint my toes. I was essentially passed back and forth between employees after already waiting over an hour to even be serviced. I understand that businesses get busy, especially on weekends, but I arrived an hour and 35 minutes before closing, which is a completely reasonable amount of time to come in for a service. If they did not have enough time or staff to accommodate me, I would have much rather been told that when I arrived instead of being quoted 45 minutes, left sitting in a pedicure chair for an additional hour, and then passed between employees once my service finally began. Overall, the lack of communication, extremely long wait, disorganized service, and the way we were treated made this experience very disappointing and unacceptable. If you cannot properly accommodate a customer before closing, be upfront about it instead of having them wait around for nearly an hour and a half and then rushing and switching employees throughout their service.

I brought it to Kelly, owner attention to which she redid but with a different tip color. Guess what? It chip the same day. Went back again to discuss the quality of the polish is low quality and wish to receive a refund. She gave a partial refund (50%) which I was ok with but I do need them not to be honest with customers on the quality of the gel paint. Not sure if it's diluted with water or outdated.

Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unfriendly. Unlike other patrons, we were never offered beverages. My daughters' pedicure lasted no more than 15 minutes and this was her very first actual pedicure. The polish had to be redone twice because it was clumpy and poorly applied and honestly, it looked as though a child had done it. The "foot massage" I received was not a massage at all, even after I specifically asked if she could actually massage my feet. When the service was finished, my feet looked no different than when I walked in. What upset me most was how my 3-year-old was treated. The nail tech who assisted her was mean and visibly impatient. It reached a point where my daughter asked to go home because she was sad. She is accustomed to getting her nails done, this was something she often did with my mom, so this experience was especially heartbreaking. This was our first time at this salon, and it will absolutely be our last. What was meant to be a relaxing and healing day turned into an unnecessary expensive, stressful and upsetting experience. We were treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. I would not recommend this establishment.

I walked in and was the only one in there I told Sydny what I wanted and she like gurl no you'll be wasting your money and explained why. I described what color I wanted and she brought two out, swatched them, and let me decide. I have NEVER had a nail tech that actually cared about if I mixed my color up or not. She made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. After she was done she handed me over to Mei for my feet. I explained to her that I had a blister that I was concerned about and she took that into consideration every step of the way. I truly appreciate the silence, good music, and nice people.
