When sending payment for services, I accidentally sent it to her business account on Venmo which she claimed to be "fraudulent and frozen". Totally my fault for sending it to the wrong account,I admit that. However, as we are pulling up the the church to walk down the aisle..Kim calls the BRIDE to complain that she hadn't received payment from me. I explained I sent it to her wrong account. She was extremely rude and not to mention that this probably wasn't the time or place as we were about to walk down the aisle. Long story short..i sent her the payment to her PayPal. However, Venmo charged me for the transaction that was sent to Kim's "fraudulent" account.. I've been trying to get in contact with her SINCE JUNE 7th to help me fight this dispute with Venmo. It would take Kim less than 10 min to help me out BUT since she already got PAID the only response I've received from her in the last 3 months was "SORRY IM BUSY". Not sure about you guys..but last I checked this is the definition of HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only have I tried to reach out..but so has the bride.
