I've been a customer for over a year and I have NEVER experienced having my requested services broadcasted for everyone to hear. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, she claimed that's how they do it and that everyone's services are called out. That's a LIE. They are usually wearing headsets and no one hears what everyone is getting. Good riddance. The receptionist is rude anyway. The only reason why I lasted this long is because of the treatment I got from my esthetician, which was always welcoming and professional!

That just wasn't acceptable to me, given the amount of discomfort I feel during this time. So, I went on a quest to find another place that would be more suitable to my needs. Well, I found just that place! I explained to Krystal how uptight I am, and she took over there. She talked to me the whole time, made me feel comfortable. Was thorough with the service as well. One thing I really liked, was that she allowed me private time to change (the previous location did not. They stayed in the room with you). That added touch was big for me.
