I called to make an appointment and they literally told me as soon as I walk in, I will be serviced, which was very true. There were 4 people working and I still had to my pedicure and manicure done at two different stations, people, and time- therefore making the overall errand about 1hr and 30 mins long. The woman asked what kind of pedicure I wanted , I said hot stone, and she fetched the gel color I had chosen. Three things went wrong : she never used the gel color, she decided herself to put a coat of white under the color making it a bright coral rather than natural, and I never got the hot stone massage I requested. After spending $75, I'm only left with regret and frustration and could not bring myself to leave a tip for such an expensive and subpar experience.

I walked in and was the only one in there I told Sydny what I wanted and she like gurl no you'll be wasting your money and explained why. I described what color I wanted and she brought two out, swatched them, and let me decide. I have NEVER had a nail tech that actually cared about if I mixed my color up or not. She made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. After she was done she handed me over to Mei for my feet. I explained to her that I had a blister that I was concerned about and she took that into consideration every step of the way. I truly appreciate the silence, good music, and nice people.
