This was my nail salon for years until the staff became very rude and unprofessional. There is no greeting when walking in and no one asking what service you need. Services are rushed and the quality depends on who does your nails and if they feel like doing them. They will disregard your place in line or wait time for "call in appointments" no matter the inconvenience. Very disappointed and will not return or recommend. read more

Horrible SERVICE. I cannot stress this enough. When I went in to get my nails done I was greeted with rude customer service. Also, the man left multiple pieces of cotton on nails and was going to leave them on there if I hadn't objected ! My nails turned out very subpar and mediocre. The story worsens from here. A week later my dip polish started to separate from my actual nail. I noticed dark spots through my glitter polish. My friend assured me it was from my previous set, which was a black color. I ended up having to rip the nail off because of the separation & pain. Here's the whammer. It was a fungual infection on my nail ! Three of my nails have it. It's quite disgusting ! They do not sanitize their equipment. Do not let the Pinterest inspired decor fool you. Please for the health and sake of your nails. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give -5 stars I would. read more

Went in around 430 in the rain & cold to get my nails done before an unexpected flight! I've went here for 4 yrs for nails, feet & brows. Usually, when i go im dressy you know on a Saturday before shopping for the day! Well this day I'd just received devastated news and didnt look my normal with a hoodie, scarf and joggers. From the moment i walked in i KNOW without a doubt i was racially profiled by the owner himself! He was RUDE ROUGH AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL the entire time to where i did not get my feet and brows done! When i was done before getting up he was like CARD PLEASE as if i was going to run out! Sir, you will NEVER get my business again & SHAME ON YOU! Keep up with this and you will have a sign on the door! Being a 3 time business owner clearing over 6 figures a year I HAVE NO REASON to be treated this way! I've also passed this on to my state employees & the university i work for and EVERYONE I'm connected to! Not to mention from Oct and Nov i was charged $45 but because of his attitude he charged me $55 but I didnt have the energy to go back and forth because one thing about God he doesnt BLESS no Mess! read more

They were not busy when i walked in for my pedicure and full set. The lady did a great job on my feet, when it came time to do my nails, the guy rushed with shaping, filing and applying my acrylic. I wanted short, but not nubs. He cut the the length of my regular nails. He rushed me because he had an appointment with Kim ( I guess a loyal client) but that does not matter. After i washed my hands, someone else had to apply my polish (he looked new, IDK) but my gel polish is terrible. I paid because I was ready to go, but you live and you learn, so never again will they get my business. read more

poor service quality, poor management . claimed to only have people who do pedicures but when I arrived only three people where available for pedicure and more people doing acrylic. By the time I left about 10 people were doing pedicures and 2 on acrylic . the manager did not take the arrival times of customers. customers had to tell them. Never was told me the wait or how long or updated me the wait time. When I asked how long the wait is there only people who do pedicur available. And I been there long enough to see more than two people do acrylic. Wasted my time bc of lies. I wouldn't have waited 2 hours for a refill . read more

I have been going here for years and have always loved my nails. The new renovations make the experience much better. Only downside is the fluctuations of what you are actually charged vs. what is on their posted price list. I was just charged $12 for having one nail repaired, and a cut down. (Each service is posted at $3/pc). Explanation was for having to file my nails after the cut down: $7, and since I have gel, getting that one nail repaired cost $5. My advice is ask for the cost of your service before Iran rendered - you can not trust the price list. Other than that, this is the best nail salon in Baton Rouge. read more

This was my go to salon for all services for several years, but I switched because of the crowdedness. Now I come here for all of my waxing services only. They are very consistent with all of their services, but beware that sometimes there can be a very lengthy wait. I bet the crowd is because of the awesome services, but it can be off putting sometimes. Unlike many other salons they have such a large staff, which is awesome!!! I was in dire need of a pedicure, and I was in a hurry. So I didn't have time to go to the nail salon I usually go to because of BR traffic (ugh). I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. Rick did a great job. The price is very reasonable. My only complaint is my polish didn't even last two weeks. Maybe because the young lady was mixing the polish and adding remover to it....for that reason, I am not sure I will return because my polish usually lasts ~4 weeks. read more

I've been going to this salon for a few years now. I've always left satisfied. The ladies who do the waxing are so good at it, that I can go almost a month without getting my eyebrows waxed after they've done them (mind you, my eyebrows are naturally THICK and grow like weeds!)! When I do get my nails done, they always come out flawless and last a good while. I would recommend anybody to go here, because the overall service is incredible. read more
