Hadn't gotten my nails done since early pre-pandemic, but got a $10 off coupon emailed to me for my birthday so decided to go. Shellac manicure then ended up $20, but I felt she rushed through the entire thing. Cut down my nails as asked but shape is a little irregular, nails are different lengths. The nail file she used looked well used which made me wonder about the other instruments (& whether they were actually sterilized). Polish looks fine but she left bits on my fingers which she didn't completely get off. Ended the manicure with a hand massage and warm towel which lasted about 60 seconds. Not what I remembered from previously going but would rather spend more for a high quality service. read more

They didn't make us wait long. I feel they tried to listen as well as they could. Decent job on pedicure. It's always a toss because some of the attendants still know zero English (or maybe they pretend to know zero English.) Nevertheless they give me a decent pedi- usually lasts about 7 weeks. I recommend them. I wish they spoke more English. read more

I appreciated the timeliness of the service and how efficiently she did my nails. I would give the overall service 4 stars, there were a few things that I didn't love, my cuticle got a little nicked, color isn't quite the same as the swatch, and the coffin shape isn't perfect, but I quite like them. I arrive and the place is empty which was a surprise since I'd been here several times before. I should've known something was wrong, but I proceeded. The technician asks what I want and I tell her. The next thing I know she's ripping off my acrylic nails with a fake nail. I was almost in tears. It was torture and left my nails ragged and stripped down to nothing. I spent months growing my nails all to have them ripped off and in the end I wound up with gel instead of dip, square instead of round and my real nails ripped off. I only stayed because I'd been many times before and had great service, but never again. read more

Pretty typical nail salon with typical pricing. The place is clean and well kept. I did like that they used fresh fruit for the pedicure, that was a unique touch. The polish on my toes wasn't the neatest and my gel nails were a little rushed. Overall it took awhile due to other customers getting more complicated services. However, it's a decent place for a mani pedi if you need one and the massage chair was nice. read more

I absolutely love this place. I've only been here twice but they do dip powder manicures so well it's my new go to place. They're so kind and their attention to detail is amazing. Worst pedicure I've ever gotten. My nails weren't even fully painted when I left. She performed the basic pedicure but the owner charged me for one of the more expensive ones. I questioned her and the girl who did my pedicure started to side with me but the owner spoke to her. I couldn't understand what they were saying. I went to get a refill with a white tip. $15 for refill $5 for white tip! When I first walked in she asked did I want gel or regular I told her I didn't want gel. Proceeded to get my refill. When we were done, she swiped my card without telling me the price. I get the receipt it's $35. I'm like why is it $35 if I got a refill and a white tip. She says yes but I did gel so that's the upcharge. I'm like " I didn't ask you for gel" her response... "yea but you had gel on your nails when you came in so I thought that's what you liked, sorry" That's unacceptable. You do not get to assume what you think I would like and expect me to pay for it. That's not what I asked for. Granted I paid it because she had already swiped my card but that's bad business!! She should have refunded me the extra she put on my card for HER mistake!! I'm not returning! & it's aggravating because that's not my regular spot. It's my second choice when my regular spot is packed. I only went there because no ones ever in there whenever I do go there, so I knew I'd be in and out. & I ALWAYS tip good for my services!
