She really cares about her work and she asks specifics about your request- like how thick, how many coats of polish,. She's not putting anything on your finger- she makes sure you like it and checks each nail. We ended up having a mini hand photoshop! Make sure yall ask for Ann she really took her time and engaged - i haven't seen this type of clean work in a years in BR! Fullset w/Gel including discount i paid $45 Dip & gel available with lots of colors to choose from and there getting more. They offer waxing and lashes! Everyone spoke english! Having said that, I did not go there for that experience and while it always helps, at the end of the day I went there to get my nails done. I had been referred to by a coworker and that combined with the reviews on Yelp were the motivating factor to choose Kiss My Nails over other competitors. I would have given this business 5 stars if it had not been for these three things: * They did not push my cuticles down (and to be honest I did not even realize this at first) I believe the nails would've looked nicer and neater had the cuticles been pushed and the excess skin trimmed off. * The shape of the nail is not natural, IMHO. You can see in one of the pictures how the actual nail is very flat and does not have a natural curve/dome in the middle. They could have shaped them and built up a little gel in that middle area to create an appealing curvature to the nail. * They left topcoat on and around and under my nails. You can barely see this in the picture, but that is because I cleaned up the dried up topcoat with acetone when I got home. Dried up topcoat on the skin is very uncomfortable. For the price I paid, I was expecting that at the very least. Having said all that, I would recommend the place and will probably go again with the constructive criticism I have listed here. If they correct the things I mention the second time, I would definitely consider making it my go-to nail salon, but that's not the case at the moment.
