This is a top notch, full service spa. Tranquil, relaxing, very clean, and excellent customer service. The facilities are pristine, the "waiting" room is lovely and comfortable (with fruit water and M&Ms to snack on!), and the massage and facial services are top of the line. Only small thing I'd change: don't assume the client likes lavender. My massage used lavender everything and I wish I'd been given an option of scents as I dislike Lavender. read more

The spa is pretty. However, it is small. The relaxation room was crowded. Although the staff was nice they didn't offer a tour of the facilities (I don't believe they have much - no sauna or steam room or whirlpool), nor did they offer me any refreshments (water, champagne, fruit, snacks etc) I see mentioned by other reviews and seen with other patrons. As for my service, I had the Moroccan Oil Escape which is supposed to include a hot oil scalp massage, oil and orange peel exfoliation and a hot stone massage. I received 1/2 head scalp massage, oil and orange peel exfoliation and a regular massage - no hot stones. As someone who is a member of a high end spa in Los Angeles I know what it should feel like. However I am incredibly sore on one side of my back (I don't have back pain), neck and shoulder. This is definitely not a high end spa even if they do charge high end prices. :-( read more

I loved everything about this place, from the atmosphere to the service. If only the massage was super good! We arrived with some fruit to snack on and the person up front who greeted us was nice enough to take our snacks and walked us to the changing room. We were given sandals and a comfy robe, when we walked out to the relaxation room, our fruit has been nicely washed and plated. My sister was offered a glass of champagne and I sipped on the fruit infused water. We went during the week so we were the only ones at the relaxation room! I quickly fell asleep once I was offered one of those neck warmers. After enjoying the relaxation room for a little under an hour, I had a prenatal massage with Tammy and even though I stressed to her that my shoulders were mainly my problem area and I typically really enjoy my deep tissue massages, she seemed to neglect my shoulders even though she said shoulders were an okay area to use a little more pressure. I know that prenatal massages have to be a little modified but it just didn't really do it for me. My sister had a regular massage with another therapist and said the same. After the massages, we were escorted back to the relaxation room and given some fruit water. We didn't feel rushed at all! We slowly made our way back to the changing room and enjoyed the steam room with the eucalyptus spray! It was a very nice touch :) even though I didn't stay in the steam for too long. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We booked a girls spa day for my friends birthday and everything went very smoothly. You can order lunch if you give them at least a days notice I believe? Although they may still be able to accommodate you. Irene gave a great facial. Sadly I wasn't able to do a massage today since I'm 11 weeks pregnant and it's not recommended. I could have signed a waiver but that seemed silly I would rather wait until it's considered safe. Love this spa and will be back! The Napa Salad was great! Oh and you can bring your own wine or champagne. read more

My husband surprised me today with a 60 minute 'classic' massage! Hadn't had one for ten years, and admittedly was thinking I would never treat myself to a massage but wanted to go along to make him happy. He brought me in, handed me off to the lovely front desk lady, and what ensued was a lovely experience. The spa has a beautiful waterfall lined entry to the back area, private classy women's locker room with private showers, bathrooms, and lockers. The robes are luxurious and once changed into one you head into a relaxation room with soft couches and padded walls. You relax there with a choice of drinks until called back by your masseuse. The masseuse was wonderful, very comfortable to chat with and set the room up just right. The massage bed was heated, and during the massage the room lights turned down and a nice warm face cover on while face up. Nothing was awkward, and the massage itself was amazingly relaxing. If you are considering a massage as a gift? Your recipient will love this place! If you need some zen down time for yourself? Get it, treat yourself! They even ended the massage by offering a drink or champagne, and you are under no pressure to rush as you meander back to the relaxation area and locker rooms. read more

I absolutely enjoyed my spa experience! I had the farmhouse body scrub and a maternity massage. The ambiance was very welcoming and relaxing when walking in. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The fruit infused water was refreshing and much needed. The sitting area is super comfy and inviting, I almost took a nap lol. Both the scrub and massage was done by the same lady(I don't remember her name) and it was fantastic. If you are expecting, please try the maternity massage. They have the BEST pregnancy pillow. This spa is my favorite in Baton Rouge! I love everything about it - the relaxing atmosphere, the staff, the robes... it's all too-notch. Le Roche Bleu just gave my mom and I the nicest massage experience. We walked in to change in their super clean locker room and walked into the lounge where glasses of champagne were waiting for us. We sat in cozy robes while we waited in the lounge area for our massages. Natasha gave me the most incredible massage! She is very strong and it was just what I needed for my IT band tightness. She also did an amazing job on my neck. Being a mom to two under 4 I always have a lot of tension and she was unbelievable! I liked how she kept checking in and making sure her pressure was what I was comfortable with. I will definitely be returning when I come back in town. read more

Excellent Day Spa!! Best Massage in Baton Rouge! I was really needing a good massage, so I decided to try a new spa located on the south side of Baton Rouge called Le Roche Bleu Day Spa. (I had heard of it through a friend) It is located at Highland Road and Interstate 10, close to the Country Club of Louisiana. Made the appointment a week in advance. When arrived I was instantly greeted. All I can say it WOW!! This spa is better than any other I have visited and completely exceeded all of my expectations! The facilities are extremely nice, not to mention the complimentary beer, wine or champagne! The steam shower was awesome! Also, they have these unbelievable plush robes! I purchased the 90 minute Moroccan Oil Escape with Raegan which was absolutely phenomenal ! A full body scrub followed by a hot stone massage with these great smelling Moroccan Oil products (I actually purchased some to take home!) Raegan was very professional and knowledgeable! Prices were reasonable, especially considering all the extras this facility offers. Highly recommend Le Roche Bleu. read more
