A host is there waiting for you as soon as you walk in, which I love (I personally hate when I walk into a nail salon and they yell, "how can I help you??" And I have to yell back that I want my upper lip waxed, it's embarrassing when there's a room full of people now staring in your lady mustache ) but not at this place! You can walk in and talk barely above a whisper to the host to tell them exactly what you're there for. I did make an appointment on a Tuesday evening and I showed up early for it and was seated right away for my pedicure and manicure. Both my manicure and pedicure came out great ! Will definitely be back for this again! I also noticed they did waxing and other "permanent makeup" procedures such as eye brows and I will say I'm interested in doing one of these services next. It looks like a lot of people get their brows done here from the other reviews I saw. The people working there also all had very good eyebrows and I don't think that's a coincidence.

Well, I…read morestarted my pedicure at 11:59 and it would've been over at 12:30 had I not had to correct the employee twice about removing my callus that was very obvious. That wasn't an issue and she apologized for it, however I still have it on my heel which has never been an issue before. Their scrapers are dull. As we were finishing up my very basic and quick pedicure I noticed that on one toe the cuticle was curved and looked totally different. By this time the employee had switched to doing someone's nails and left me with someone new. She didn't understand what I meant and proceeded to remove the polish, which is not what I asked for. This was done twice before the initial employee came over and attempted to fix the cuticle, but it appeared she had an attitude about her poor performance. To top off this unpleasant visit I was charged $60 for a barely 30 minute pedicure that had multiple errors. I was so shocked I asked the staff what was it for. She stated gel and pedicure. I have never paid that much for a basic pedicure and gel at any location, high-end or average salons. I definitely won't be retuning.

There were 4 people working and I still had to my pedicure and manicure done at two different stations, people, and time- therefore making the overall errand about 1hr and 30 mins long. The woman asked what kind of pedicure I wanted , I said hot stone, and she fetched the gel color I had chosen. Three things went wrong : she never used the gel color, she decided herself to put a coat of white under the color making it a bright coral rather than natural, and I never got the hot stone massage I requested. After spending $75, I'm only left with regret and frustration and could not bring myself to leave a tip for such an expensive and subpar experience.

I showed her a picture of what I wanted (colored ombré on my natural nails) and she confidently assured me should could do it. After being there for TWO hours I left with a hot mess on my hands because I had a doctors appointment to get to. I decided to come back after to have her fix it because what I left with was totally unacceptable. I thought the finished product looked okay but here I am not even a full two weeks later and the dip power on EVERY SINGL NAIL is chipped. Also one nail completely broke off and I'm furious because as I said these are my natural nails and growing then to this length took some time. I don't even want to there return to have them fixed at this point because clearly the techs are incompetent and uneducated on the simple process of dip powder.
