As for my service, I had the Moroccan Oil Escape which is supposed to include a hot oil scalp massage, oil and orange peel exfoliation and a hot stone massage. I received 1/2 head scalp massage, oil and orange peel exfoliation and a regular massage - no hot stones. As someone who is a member of a high end spa in Los Angeles I know what it should feel like. However I am incredibly sore on one side of my back (I don't have back pain), neck and shoulder. This is definitely not a high end spa even if they do charge high end prices. :-(

It is easy to schedule appointment and type of massage requested on line. The therapist always meets me at the door and confirms type of massage and duration. Sometimes there is a language barrier but they are patient and will use telephone translator if there is any confusion. Pricing for services is very reasonable. They accept credit cards but do collect a small surcharge passing on some of the credit card fees they are charged. You can add tip to credit card or pay in cash please do tip the therapists depend on it. This is not a fancy resort spa but the massage is as good or better than any I ever had a a resort spa for twice the money.
