For me though even after my surgery I've always chosen and had success with other mechanisms to manage my pain including stretching, acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage which has always been my go to solution. I found Acadian Massage while on a recent visit to Baton Rouge from Austin, Texas and after describing to Mandy the combination of physical conditions I was dealing with she explained and then recommended Ashiatsu (a barefoot massage technique).
