They respect boundaries and make gentle suggestions and work sensitively. You'll be so fortunate to meet and work with this marvelous team. Please read my review in Yelp. We contacted several large and well known mold remediation companies but could not get scheduled for 3-4 weeks. We came across Puroclean and contacted Stephan who came out on the same day to inspect the damage. Stephan was thorough in his review and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. We hired Puroclean for the mold remediation, replacement of drywall and insulation. The crew arrived on time and efficiently removed the drywall and insulation, remediated the mold, painted the drywall, reinsulated the wall and reinstalled. His crew was very courteous and professional. The crew patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions and explained the work that they were performing to our satisfaction. The whole process was 5 days, which included drywall and insulation removal, drying out the affected area and replacing the drywall, insulation and all painting. The job was performed to perfection and we were so happy that we choose PuroClean. We highly recommend Stephen and his exceptional crew.

That changed a week ago when we opened a wall to track down a leak in the basement and found a former bathroom that had a 5 foot tall pile of construction debris that filled the room. When we shifted the debris out of the building, we uncovered a drain. In the time it took to get a plumber in to plug the drain, we had a few rats enter the building. Exterminators made quick work of them. But they left their mark in the exposed room. Bill was great in getting Amanda out immediately to the site for an estimate. Amanda was very pleasant to work with and did a fantastic job getting that dingy room in the walls clean and sanitized. I greatly appreciate Bio-One and all their help and will be adding them to my service contacts list.
