If you find yourself in a stressful situation where you're having to find a clean up company to handle a clean up job that would be hazardous to take care of yourself, I highly recommend this company. I have used Bio-One one 3 separate occasions and they've consistently provided amazing customer service every time along with trying their best to squeeze us in as best they could with their already crazy schedule. I have managed building for a long time and have been fortunate to have never needed an extreme cleaning company before. That changed a week ago when we opened a wall to track down a leak in the basement and found a former bathroom that had a 5 foot tall pile of construction debris that filled the room. When we shifted the debris out of the building, we uncovered a drain. In the time it took to get a plumber in to plug the drain, we had a few rats enter the building. Exterminators made quick work of them. But they left their mark in the exposed room. Bill was great in getting Amanda out immediately to the site for an estimate. Amanda was very pleasant to work with and did a fantastic job getting that dingy room in the walls clean and sanitized. I greatly appreciate Bio-One and all their help and will be adding them to my service contacts list. read more

I can't say enough good things about Bill and his team at Bio-One. Bill was very understanding about a difficult hoarding clean-out at my mother's house in Lake County, IL. The team worked diligently and discovered many valuable items I had no idea existed. They really went the extra mile to review, sort, and clean. Plus, the clean-out was very discreet to avoid any embarrassing conversations with the neighbors. Bill was in regular contact and is such an understanding and kind person. I interviewed numerous companies prior to selecting Bio-One. Bio-One clearly understood the human aspects of an unpleasant situation much more so than the other companies. And, based on the competitor cost estimates I received, I was very pleasantly surprised at the end of the job. The crew to fix the damage was out the start of the next week and repaired the same day (I forgot the gentleman's name but also very friendly).. A few weeks later a neighbors fridge water line failed causing water to leak into my kitchen. I called the same team who fixed my bathroom, this time they were out within 3 hours to assess damage. The next day a crew was out to mitigate, with repair morning after. When you have to do this work it's very stressful, especially when you lose part of your kitchen for a time. But the RRR crew was great to work with, patient with my questions, and accommodating to requests (including wearing masks as I had a 2-week old newborn at home). I've used another service (CWF) and did not have the same experience at all.

We retained Bio One to remove some furniture before my mother's house was sold. Brian came to the house promptly to review what needed to be moved and provide us with an estimate. We liked that Bio One has typical business insurance coverages in place. Some competitors are run more like side gigs without such protections. We also liked that Bio One would deliver anything in condition to donate to Habitat for Humanity. Some competitors will often pitch much of what they pick up and can't find someone to buy/take from them. Brian and his team clearly have moved furniture many times before, and were very effective and professional in clearing the house. We had 1-2 challenging pieces they figured out how to move cleanly. They kept us advised throughout the process and finished well within the time estimates they provided. The pricing seems comparable and competitive with other doing similar work. They also are very personable and easy to work with. My brother decided to keep a book case. Bio One had a job the next day near where he lives; Brian and his wife delivered the book case to my brother at no additional charge. We would use Bio One again for similar work, and will recommend them to friends and family. read more
