A few days later we had the estimate and while I thought it might be high, my mind was completely changed a few days later. It took the crew 1 1/2 days to move items, thoroughly clean (and I mean REALLY clean) disinfect, replace what insulation they could and return items (with even better organization). They hauled away infected items and they also can take your other garbage for a fee. They gave us advice on what else to do regarding bait stations and insulating, which we are doing. Everyone else wanted contracts and monthly appointments. This was one and done (I hope) and we are very pleased. For the work they did, the price was well earned.

When your crew was here, they totally rearranged my cupboards, which had been the same since I was born (I've lived here since birth). There was no reason to do that. They broke things which have not been replaced. Brought bags of clothes which were to be be washed from the garage to my bedroom and stacked them in front of my closet so I cannot access my closet. They were supposed to help, not put me in a worse position. I could've cleaned my home in another way. I wish they had never come!

I have managed building for a long time and have been fortunate to have never needed an extreme…read morecleaning company before. That changed a week ago when we opened a wall to track down a leak in the basement and found a former bathroom that had a 5 foot tall pile of construction debris that filled the room. When we shifted the debris out of the building, we uncovered a drain. In the time it took to get a plumber in to plug the drain, we had a few rats enter the building. Exterminators made quick work of them. But they left their mark in the exposed room. Bill was great in getting Amanda out immediately to the site for an estimate. Amanda was very pleasant to work with and did a fantastic job getting that dingy room in the walls clean and sanitized. I greatly appreciate Bio-One and all their help and will be adding them to my service contacts list.

I had been emailing Silver from customer service for weeks before my sister, my son and I could get down to Miami. Maybe other crews who work for this company weren't the best but Anna in Miami is nothing short of sweet and professional.
