I will return, though I noticed that their daily specials have been reduced quite a bit when compared to earlier former promotions (i.e. 5% off for shirts on Tuesdays and pants on Wednesdays, when before it was a 20% discount...). Then when I got home I tried them on and they did not fit they shrunk to a point where they are uncomfortable. They fit me fine before so I took them back today to ask them what happened and she said that it wasn't my fault but it also was not their fault I asked her if magic caused them to shrink and she said yes. I asked for the owner's phone number and she refused to provide it to me. I told her that I would be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and she didn't seem to care. I was also not offered a refund. They also refused to file an insurance claim. Don't clean your Uggs and don't go to this place.
