The owners greet you with a smile, they are passionate, enthusiastic, and appreciative of your business. They really care about doing a thorough cleaning, and they are always working to improve. However, the flip side is that whatever chemicals they are using are too strong. Sometimes they leave a bit of a chemical smell on the clothes, but the big issue is that it wears knits out big time. Things that I had cleaned many times in other establishments, while they came back clean, showed obvious signs of wear after just one cleaning, such as pilling up and even fading, that were not there upon drop-off. This even happened to my winter coat, not just my more delicate cardigans and sweaters. Also, they don't use clip hangers for pants and skirts, they just safety pin them to regular hangers. I found this to be an issue because some materials are just too delicate for that. I once requested that they just fold the items over the hanger, but it was clear that the person who processed my order didn't read the note on my item tag and used safety pins anyway, but the owner, upon noticing the mixup, came behind them and folded the item on the hanger, as I requested.

I had just dropped it off that morning and I knew it would be a rush for them to turn it around but she went above and beyond. My grandma frequented the dry cleaners for years and made a personal connection with the lady that works in the morning. A year after she passed I happen to stop by in the morning and I knew my grandma had been there often. I told her who I was and I wasn't sure if she remembered my grandma but told her the name and that she had passed. The woman started crying. This was in 2009. She still works there today! The people do care about their customers and that's something you can't put a price on. I will never forget that day. I recommend them to anyone looking for a place to have their clothes cleaned.

All cleaners have a policy about what they will not be liable for but this one had quite the list. Basically if they ripped on your garment, jumped on it and left Nike foot prints then burned it, they wouldn't be liable....for some reason, I still left it but not after questioning the young man (who didn't know the name of the owners....shady, I know) who worked there about the policy. He actually said "What do you mean?" When I pointed to the sign ABOVE HIS HEAD, he read it for the first time and laughed. Anyway, yes I still left my dresses, commented that I would ask them to please be careful with the zippers, paid roughly $6 and left. When I went back to pick the dresses up on the following Monday after 5 as suggested, the dresses were ready on time and handing. Before I looked at them he said, "you'll notice that the zippers are fine" in a flirty tone (I could see why, I was looking good that day), and I did note it and went on my way. Fast forward to today, I took one of the dresses out of the garment bag in their plastic and my mint and grey Guess dress (yes the brand matters in this case) was no cleaner on the front than it had been when I dropped it off. The mint green crochet was on a grey overlay and you could see the normal dinge from being worn previously. The dress was brand new (first cleaning) when I took it to them AND I specifically said "just from wear and touching the garment, you'll note that the mint green has some subtle signs of wear, please pay attention". I should have looked att it when I went back but you would really think that you don't have to check to see if the garment was laundered. Honestly, now I know why the zipper wasn't broken...THE DRESS WAS NEVER DRY CLEANED. Go down the street and pay a few more dollars but stay away from this place, the convenient location isn't enough. The interior also looks like he got the machinery on consignment and decided to open a shop...I don't know what I was thinking except for "this is convenient".

I have used this cleaners for a while, and it is under new management. The previous owner was…read morefabulous, and the new owner is fabulous. The customer service is like none other as it is top notch, and she works with your garments as if they were her own. I initially began using the service when I could not find anyone to get stains out of my daughter's favorite coat. When I picked up the coat, all of the stains were out. I then took my favorite dress after a lunch in which I spilled a thick oil and vinegar dressing on it. The owner worked so hard to get the stain out. She treated the stain four times before it penetrated. I am so thankful for the personal touch and time. The prices are reasonable also! Thanks De-Crease!
