Additionally, the woman who is generally there watching the place when I'm there is absolutely lovely and makes me feel welcome. As for why this review is 3 stars instead of five, it is slightly cramped in the building as it is laid out in a pretty constrictive floor plan. The big detractor is the lack of any kind of HVAC system in the building. During summer it is sweltering, and during winter it's barely more palatable than shivering outside, so make sure to dress appropriately or be ready to wait elsewhere while your laundry is going.

Today, one of the staff decided to clean out the dryer lint catchers right next to where I was folding my clean clothes. When I asked him if he had to do that right now, his response was "Mm-hm". Seriously? It literally took me two to three more minutes max to finish folding and leave. He certainly could have waited so that the dust he was stirring up didn't get all over my clean clothes. It's now been gutted out and we haven't been able to wash clothes since before Christmas, so of course we had to head to the laundromat. This is the closest one to where we live. It is really clean! The staff are constantly working, cleaning the machines cleaning the floors dumping out the trash etc. They have plenty of laundry carts to move your laundry from washer to dryer and then from dryer to folding tables. There are two bathrooms to change machines and a bill to Bill exchange machine. They even have two vending machines, one of snacks and one of sodas. There is another machine close to the front door that has a variety of different drinks and you take what you want and go to the office which is located in the back of the laundromat near the bathrooms to pay for what you got there a hand written signs around. They also offer a wash in food service and you pay by the pound. Their website says $1.40/lb. There are 2 tv's. The staff were very friendly. And I get that but then again damn what that what that what is a good but good one to pet you a good dog The washing machines range in size and price. Some of the machines are $2.75 and more for smaller loads. The next size up are $3.25 but if you changed it from light soiled to medium soiled then it was $4.00. I think the highest I paid for one of the machines was one of the bigger ones on the end of one of the islands and it was $5.00. The dryers are 0.25 cents for six minutes. Of course they have the standard vending machine if you forgot your soap & dryer sheets. Like I said, the staff were always cleaning, wiping down and sanitizing the tops of the machines, the handles and all the buttons on the front. Mopping the floors, I even saw them scrubbing the area where you put the soap and softener into the washers. Great place I'd come back for sure.
