I have gone here for years and it's usually my go to for a pedicure and definitely to get my nails…read moredone. Now with the nails, there's a couple people who do an amazing job one person who doesn't do a great job and others who are OK so that's my only downside is you not sure who you're gonna get. For the pedicure it's also a mixed bag. They usually usually do a decent job but sometimes it's just OK again, depending on the person and of course if they have several people they rush you and don't do as well so I always leave when there's a bunch of people when I walk in.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because of how good the pedicure itself was. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the salon was disappointing. The remote had what looked like a spilled drink dried on it, the cup holders had nail dust in them, and overall the salon just did not feel very clean. I hope management pays more attention to cleanliness because the staff and service truly deserve better.

The manicure was initially done terribly and started peeling within a day. The pedicure lasted about 3 days. Decided to go in to get a partial refund for the manicure the day of my flight. They were very rude and refused to make it right. They offered to fix it, but my flight was in a couple of hours and I wasn't going to cut everyone in line. They fought with me for almost 20 minutes before ruining the rest of my manicure and then throwing me 1/4 of what I paid. I showed them the glazed donut nails and just got a light pink.

It's a shame that I have a gift card to use here. I'm not so happy with the business. It's a shame…read morethat the owners can't acknowledge when you send a message to them via Facebook. They don't answer emails. Nothing. I have questions on why Military discounts are not honored when using a gift card. Sounds to me like false advertising when you advertise military/teacher discount on Tuesdays. There's absolutely nothing mentioned about no discounts if one uses a gift card. This gift card was paid for. It's not like double stacking discounts. And my other question was why I was charged $15.00 more because of the acrylic powder being removed and new being applied. Plus, after a week my nail is already chipped. This is the solar polish. So, if one is already chipped, I can't wait to see if my other nails are going to as well. I get my nails done professionally because I want them to last more than 1 week before chipping. I could do my own nails for less money and need to do them every week at this rate. Very very disappointed that after I gave the business a second chance after they charged me for a service I hadn't received. I called the business, and they insisted that I stop in. After a long day at work I had to stop in and answer the same exact question 3 times. No, I didn't get a pedicure. Once my gift card is used up, I will not be returning to this nail salon. It would NOT take long to answer my questions. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT 918 Nails. They don't OFFER Military/teachers discounts IF you are using a gift card. False advertising on their part. No mention of it on the website that one can't get a discount when you paid for a gift card.

I am still…read morespeechless over the customer service I received not just one or twice but each time I have been in here. I get acrylic pink and white and I am extremely particular about my service I get and about how my nails look after, how well the hold up etc. Pink and white can be expensive and some places seem to want to nickle and dime you on the process. Not here, initially I think I paid $50 for the full set (good price). I had just dropped in and they were able to get me in and out and my nails looked fabulous. I figured 3 weeks later when my nails were more like talons I would give them another try. I walked in again and they were able to get me in (revolving door of regulars). This time, I got Paul, now I figured he was the owner and I had previously seen his name in the reviews before. He did my fill so fast, PERFECTLY and charged me a reasonable $20.00. I was blown away. Another two weeks, I decided time to get another fill... Well this is where customer service and business ethic shined! I am extremely rough on my nails, I also do somewhat heavy lifting - so in two weeks time I had cracked and popped almost all my nails off. But I also never mentioned just HOW hard I was on my nails. Again, I got Paul - this time though I called and made an appointment. After looking at my nails, he decided he was going to take them all off and give me a new set. Technically, my pocket book was not supporting anything more than a fill. But before I could mention this he said he was only charging me for what I came in for and nothing more. That completely took my by surprise. I was so thankful!!! He did such a great job. I have to travel a number of miles to get there but its 100% worth the drive. I can not wait to try a pedicure there some day soon! The areas are clean, everyone cracks jokes and seems to know one another. They love their customers and the feeling is mutual. If you have any doubt of where to go and I can offer you advise, come to Pro Nails, I dont think you will be disappointed! They take walk ins but if you want something specific or hard (pinterest inspired) call ahead and make an appointment, just to ensure you have the right person and time!
