I recently got a pedicure here and the actual service was wonderful. The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet, attentive, and did an amazing job. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because of how good the pedicure itself was. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the salon was disappointing. The remote had what looked like a spilled drink dried on it, the cup holders had nail dust in them, and overall the salon just did not feel very clean. I do not typically leave reviews; however, the nature of this experience compels me to do so. It has taken me two weeks to write this, largely because of the positive relationships we have had with several of the nail technicians at this salon. Quin, Sophia, and the gentleman on staff have consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and respect. They will truly be missed. That said, I must formally address the conduct of Tonya. On two separate occasions, my 81-year-old mother was subjected to disrespectful and inappropriate behavior. The manner in which she was spoken to was unacceptable, particularly given her age, and fell far below any reasonable standard of customer care. Additionally, I found Tonya's interactions with customers of African descent to be deeply concerning, as they appeared dismissive and lacking in basic respect. When I attempted to address these issues directly, Tonya responded with visible anger rather than professionalism or a willingness to resolve the matter. This conduct is unacceptable in any customer service setting. Clients should be treated with dignity, respect, and courtesy at all times. A salon environment, in particular, should provide a welcoming and inclusive space--this was not our experience. I strongly urge management to take these concerns seriously and to implement immediate and meaningful changes. Without accountability, this type of behavior will continue to negatively impact customers. read more

Friendly staff, took our walk-ins without hesitation, clean spa, and most importantly my nail techs took their time and listened carefully to my requests. If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment and had I not spoken up they were about to do 3 people in front of me. I waited 15 minutes before they began servicing me. They turned on the pedicure water and then left for another 10 minutes. He rushed through my pedicure and acted like I was inconveniencing him. He was constantly getting up doing stuff including checking his phone. I will never go to this nail shop again. It's unfortunate because this used to be my favorite place for pedicures, but the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place. They treat costumers differently and arent very friendly. My sister was a loyal customer but now has stopped going due to bad experiences. They do acrylic nails too think, the nail polish doesn't last, and shape incorrectly. This is a great nail salon! I've had two pedicures here and both have been wonderful. They have several different kinds of pedicures with different scents. They have a ton of polish colors and the polish is high quality! It never chipped. They also have some free drinks which is nice! It's very clean and they wear gloves too. All the tools come sealed in a one time use package. It is a very relaxing place with good music, but it's not too loud. Very reasonable priced also. This is my go to nail salon. read more

Finally I have found my go to place! It's often a difficult endeavor with new places opening frequently and many going down hill just as quick. I looked around before settling in on Castle Nails and I am pleased that I did. I had the best experience here, never had my toes felt so pampered and taken care of. They have a plethora of options for pedicures (and manicures as well). I chose one of the lower options since I didn't feel it necessary to go out now that it isn't summer weather, well almost. I did however choose one that came with wine, an excellent plus to the experience. I also opted for shellac because I know with my toes they'll stay nice for a really long time, unlike my hand nails that grow way too quickly to justify shellac. Plus they stay nice and shiny! One of the major returning factors for me is their environment. It is beautifully done inside, nothing that I expected at all of a strip mall nail salon. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed and trust me all tools are sterile! My last salon experience left me with an infected toe, I was NOT happy.
