If you're hungry, please read. If you're trying to convince yourself if this place is good, please read. My review doesn't need any photos of the food. There's already enough of them on here anyway...This spot is majorly convenient as it's open until 1AM. Not sure how the staff feels about that but everyone was very friendly and helpful as we arrived around 11:30. I ordered the berry berry or whatever, which I think most of these come with banana and granola (being a classic for Acai bowls). They have some other fusion type of things with mango, pineapple and chili. Also there is this other spot in the same service area with delicious small bites and I think full course meals. Thumbs up and give stars, great spot and cool ambience. read more

So first time at this location and taste of açaí bowl was good. I only get Açaí bowls when I'm craving a healthy desert and that does not happen that often. The store played music that sounded like my high school playlist, which is fine. But the volume of the music was too loud. I was barely able to hear what the server was saying and had to lean in towards my niece who was two steps away from me in order to hear what she wanted. The experience could've been better if I was able to hear the workers more clearly and if they asked if I had any questions. It took about 10 minutes to decide what bowl I wanted. I only figured out that you can add more items to the bowl you chose once I paid for my items. So the açaí bowl was good, but I think I'll only come back here if it's the last resort. Workers should be able to ask customers if they need help deciding or if they had any questions. Don't assume that all customers get açaí bowls often enough to know what they want. read more

I've tried a few places in my neighborhood that make acai bowls, and I'd have to say this is by far the best in town.

Me and the fam were craving a late night snack and saw this place nearby. We got the mango bowl with all the toppings we liked! It was goood and somewhat healthy so we didn't feel bad eating it all. They have a wide variety of toppings to add. Next time we will come back to try the kitchen. Everything on the menu looked good! 5 stars. If your nearby why not try something new instead of the same old spot you goto. read more

I like that it's open pretty late. They seemed busy and were hustling to get the online orders and present customers orders done. They were quick and attentive to both. I got the cacao bowl with coconut flakes and it's my favorite! Definitely going to be my go to for next time! read more

Best bowls in the area by far!!! You can choose from a lot of different bases, toppings and fruits. But what makes the difference is the quality that is amazing. And also, it is very cheap compared to other places and for the amount of food you get. read more

Pur bowls is everything!! I use to go to another açaí Bowl spot in Torrance but that is over! Perfect blends, excellent fresh topping choices, and service that is phenomenal!! I'm so pleased to have found this place, I was eating smoothie fruit bowls twice a week then stopped completely because the "other spot" became a watery bowl of junk. This place will never have that problem because they aren't mixing blends by the order. They have everything prepared giving guaranteed satisfaction and the same quality every time. read more

Great Place open in Carson open late. Tried there acai the tropical blend was alright, I would probably pass on it again. However my friends had different blends and they were great. The fruit is fresh. Was hoping they had something other than acai but it was just acai but was not disappointed. Lots of folks at 1AM nice vibe going on. The service was faster than expected for at 1AM when it seemed like a busier night. Would definitely come back if in a pickle and needed a late night snack, however wish they had more options! read more

Very bad customer service, the workers looks mad while preparing the bowl. The bowls are good but the service is horrible.

So many amazing choices for the bases! We went with a customized dragon bowl! May was super helpful, offering to let us try a sample of the coco-lina base so we added that to the pitaya base (both are delicious!). Would have taken a picture of the beautiful bowls she made for us but they were immediately devoured. Looking forward to coming back and trying Nguyen's Kitchen as well. Thanks May! read more

Today was my first time at Pur bowls and I had no idea what to get but the worker (Deandre I believe was his name) was a great help and gave me a wide variety of choices and I decided to go with the mango chamoy bowl which was delicious. I'll definitely be returning soon for another yummy bowl and great customer service. Thank you read more

Short female worker in the front does not respect the line! Came in, waited 10 minutes just for the female worker to not take my order. Completely skipped me. I've been here plenty of times, never had an issue til today. Won't be coming back. Taking my business elsewhere. Very understaffed! read more

It's more of a dessert Acai bowl. They have all kinds of non-dairy bases including chocolate! They all have a very creamy texture and I'm not sure if it's the agave or some kind of emulsifier. I prefer an acai that is pure fruit and a little more icy. But the sweetness is great. I don't like mine too sweet. The topping fruit they had today was strawberry blueberry pineapple mango apple and banana. They pretty much have your usual suspects for toppings and different kinds of chia pudding if that's your thing. If you like a creamier texture that feels more like dessert, you'll like this acai bowl. They also pack the base down so you'll get a full bowl! read more

Great food and Amazing service! Krystal is the best! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Me and my husband come here maybe once a week or once every other week for an Açaí bowl.. the last 3 times we have been the customer service has been very unwelcoming there is no greeting if they are busy making a bowl there is no "I'll be right with you"... the very last time we came in there was 3 employees on the floor two ladies and a gentleman the two ladies were just standing there talking while there was about 6 people in line.. the gentleman tried his best to get the line down even asked for help form the ladies but yet they didn't help they continued with there conversation... my husband and I went in last night again the same 3 employees the gentleman was making and online order one of the ladies was filling up sauce containers and the other looked at us and walked to the back didn't acknowledge us when we walked in no I'll be right with you nothing so we walked out and won't be back it's the last time me and my husband visits this place unwelcoming employees... but I can say the açaí is very good... but we won't be back. We went over to yogurt land after and it was very welcoming! read more

Jordan is the man. He has the best recommendations. And he's very hygienic which made me very happy because I've had some traumatic experiences. The last açaí place I went to I got sick after which I don't even know how is possible because it's a fruit place...but regardless this time was different. Jordan regained my trust in the açaí industry. Working the front lines like a true soldier. I'm definitely coming back just to see him. read more

This place reminds me of hiccups but better and no boba instead açaí bowls. They have regular food on one side and the other corner they have açaí bowls. I think their açaí bowls are different. You can build your own açaí bowl. Starting with a sorbet like ice cream then topping like chia seeds ( that have been soaked in different liquids) chia seeds with out, granola, fresh fruit and other toppings. They definitely put a new twist on açaí bowls. You would have to try to see if it's to your liking. I didn't have some garlic noodles with bugolgi which was delicious. I like this place, I will return with my children because it's a one stop dining. If you also love something sweet at the end of your meal. Which seems pretty healthy. read more

Food was amazing. Jacqueline provided great service and answered all my questions. Will definitely come back

Met with Jordan today. He was incredibly sociable and offered me advice on what to order. He made sure to fill my bowl to the top and even went back to add more after putting on the lid. I'll certainly be coming here again. Great experience. read more

As soon as I walked in, the two ladies (Chloe and May) immediately helped my friends and I and made great tasting açaí bowls! I would definitely come back, 100% recommend! Great service, great people, great vibes! read more

Everything is so fresh here, good atmosphere and music, friendly service. Thank you Krystal and May for helping me out and making me a bowl

Wednesday I came in at 12:50am to get a açaí bowl because your hours say you are open till 1 am. So I go in and a girl working in the front told me that you guys were closed which was a lie . Then after she said she had the right to refuse service so she just didn't want to make my bowl . When she was talking to me she also had a very nasty attitude . At this point I was more than upset . Then a boy came from the back with curly black hair to take care of me and serve me .I don't understand why that girl couldn't help me when I am a paying customer but I am glad the boy did and he also made sure to have a smile and a great attitude when he was helping me . Which is why I made sure to leave him a good tip . Clearly you need more workers like him . I don't know who the girl was but I hope she is talked to about her bad attitude. read more

Open late for that late night acai craving. Service is a little slow and online ordering isn't fulfilled right away. Had to wait for an extra 30 mins from expected ready time. They processed walk in customers first. Best to just walk in. Bowls were good though. read more

Never really had Acai bowls before but once and this was really good. Had the Caocao with acacia, turmeric chia, banana, strawberries and mangos. Loved it here! I got a regular sized Acai bowl and it was half Acai and half cocolina for the base but they give the perfect amount for the base! Also Gavin + Angie were GREAT!
