Love Pup Kulture! Our puppy, Oliver, has so much fun playing with his new friends. It's so awesome that Kathy can get them sitting so nicely for group photos!! In addition to the live cams, she also sends updates throughout the day which is a really nice touch.

First one at drop off and with new friends!

Amazing daycare for my fur baby! Tofu is normally home with family. We only send him to the sitters for overnight when we go on trips. So the fact that he adjusted so well to end up in time out only less than 4 hours says a lot. Love that I get updates often but not too much or little to none. We've done rover a few times and nothing compares to the level of care and attention given to tofu at Pup Kulture. I've never seen tofu smile as much as he has during his day here. I live in Rosemead and work in El Monte... driving tofu to Pasadena. would do it daily!

I LOVE THIS DOG DAYCARE. Pup Kulture is truly a blessing to dog parents like me. My dogs have been coming to Pup Kulture since it opened -- and I have been a happy customer ever since. As someone who treats my dogs as my children, I am so grateful to have found a daycare that genuinely loves and cares for my dogs like their own. Kathy, the owner, works with you to accommodate your schedule. My babies have been so much happier and a lot more social since they've been coming to this daycare. The best part is that I feel so comfortable leaving my dogs at the daycare. I used to be so nervous leaving my dogs at other daycares (and sitters), as I used to be skeptical if they were truly being given the attention they deserve. At Pup Kulture, I am not worried at all. I have access to live cameras and am given a report card every time -- so I know how my dogs' day went. The dogs get 100% supervision the whole day. I love that they limit the dogs they watch everyday and ensure that there is enough staffing to accommodate all the dogs. Another thing that makes this daycare stand out is that it's extremely clean. I've been to other daycares where you can immediately smell the pee all the way from the lobby. This daycare lets you tour the entire place and you can clearly see how clean it is. It also has amazing play structures and sniff wall to keep the dogs entertained. I love checking the cameras and seeing my dogs have a blast, running around the play area. I cannot say enough good things about this daycare. I recommend it to all my friends and family members who have dogs. Truly second to none in the area!

Pup Kulture was my first experience with doggy daycare. I've always been skeptical with the amount of attention dogs get at daycares. Pup Kulture has live cameras that are on constantly to see what your dogs are doing. During my work day, I was able to watch Kathy, the owner, constantly play with the dogs, talk to them, and lead group play. She also updated me with pictures of my dog throughout the session. At the end, you get a little report card showing how your dog did. It's the cutest thing. My German shepherd had a great time there and was sleeping well when we got home that day. They treat the dogs like it's their own, with such care and love. I definitely would bring my dog back often.

This place is absolutely perfect for anyone looking for a place for their dog(s). It was built with every intention to make the dog comfortable and safe, and that's really rare to see. Not only is the space built to make the puppies comfortable and safe, there are cameras in each kennel for anxious parents, like myself, can watch. Every little detail is so well thought out. I will definitely be bringing my dog and our future new puppy here!

I imagined her making brownies, popcorn, having a BBQ and not turning off the grill afterwards. Carried away-then I remembered this is Molly, our favorite cat, and prepared to have someone else in our messy house. The manager "Mollie" was very organized. We, were very detailed. I organized food in one cabinet, with post-its for info, post-it where her room litterbox was after already giving info to the manager I think it helped make things simpler. We started getting daily reports, with "basics" box checked. They were thorough, precise, and complete. My Dad worked for Polaroid for 20 years, and these pet sitters were awesome at taking pictures. Every day we'd open up the emails and this noise would come out of our mouths: not ooh! Yecch! But...: Awwww, look at how cute she looks. Her wariness and caution as a cat showed, but her shyness rounded the corner a bit. I will never use them again after my TERRIBLE experience. Initially used this service for a short business trip with success so tried again for a longer trip to see family between Christmas and NYE. The company sent a sitter I had never met who incorrectly used the pill injector on my sick, elderly cat and forced her to swallow the over inch-long applicator tip. Resulted in $3,000 emergency vet surgery to remove that I had to manage from out of town. So deeply stressful for me but mainly my poor elderly asthmatic cat!! They handled it but SO unnecessary and only happened bc of their bizarre business model where they pick whichever of their employees are available, not someone who knows your house/pet. So if you get one who knows what they're doing you don't necessarily get them again - it's totally random from the customer's perspective. Instead of enjoying my family I had to spend the time managing the emergency they created from afar, stressed and fuming that I trusted this company to send someone competent to care for my sweet older cat. After the first disastrous pill delivery issue they sent the **same person** again a day later who clearly doesn't know how to give a cat medication and she, again, incorrectly gave my cat her medication!!! My cat gets ill if she misses just one day, the medication is a high-dose steroid for her asthma. The employee did not know how to give her the pill, but still marked the medication as administered on their form (I only figured out it didn't happen when I read the notes) and instead of giving her the pill rubbed it on her gums -?!? I am FURIOUS for my poor cat and at the incompetence of this employee they continue to use, along with the management that assured me they know how to give cats medication and yet still sent this individual out after it was proved that they cannot give a cat medication effectively. The other employees seemed to be ok but I had no choice over who they sent over, meaning every visit was a gamble. If you need anything beyond the most basic service, avoid avoid avoid!!!

He understands what works for different kinds of doggos and their personalities. He also is super nice, friendly, and helpful when you are working with him. You can tell he loves what he does. He knows why things work or don't work in dog training and why one trainer or place my recommend one thing vs why it might be different for your doggo. We have a large doggy named Milo and he kept nipping and jumping on people. Play biting and jumping for bigger dogs is difficult because we have older parents and his jumping and nipping could hurt them. We also have a newborn baby we were worried that our doggo would be rough with him since he kept rough playing, nipping/biting, and jumping on us. HOWEVER, with Alden's support we saw a sudden and quick decrease in our doggos behaviors. To all you dog owners out there looking for good and well-rounded training THIS IS THE GUY! Alden is very honest and even though we pushed for possibly doing boarding 2-week training he told us our doggo didn't need it and didn't want to push it on us. My wife and I really love working with him and hope to continue to have him there for our doggos life trainings! We recommend him 5-stars. Thanks Alden!

After his most recent grooming, he seemed fine, but the next morning he was suddenly hopping and completely refusing to bear weight on his right leg. He would bite us if we tried touching it because he was in so much pain. I took him to urgent care that day, where they found nothing stuck in his paw and suspected an injury. The next day, his primary vet diagnosed him with a soft-tissue injury and prescribed medication. Given the timing, I'm extremely concerned something may have happened during his grooming that we weren't told about. I called and left Liz a message, and the receptionist said she would call me back. It's been days and I still haven't heard from her. Very disappointing after trusting them with my dog for a year. I will not be returning and would recommend taking your pet elsewhere.

I am beyond grateful for David and the entire team for taking such incredible care of my girl. We first came to O.P. when I went from working remotely to a hybrid schedule and needed daycare three times a week. As a rescue, our dog was very fearful and had very little experience socializing with other dogs. We signed her up for the full training program, and David worked with me to make sure it fit into our schedule. He even met with us on weekends to answer questions, and we also got to work one-on-one with George, another one of their fabulous trainers. My dog absolutely loves going to "school" and has come such a long way in her obedience, confidence, and social skills. The difference in her has been incredible to watch. Every member of the staff is friendly and helpful, and they all greet our dog by name. You can tell the people at O.P. genuinely love dogs and know what they're doing. This is not a staff of people who are just there to do a job. These are dedicated professionals who I wholeheartedly trust with the care and safety of my dog. In addition to training and daycare, I've also boarded my dog here. When I picked her up, she was freshly bathed, happy, and clearly very well taken care of. If you're looking for any of the services Obedience Please offers, I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are an exceptional team, and I feel incredibly lucky that we found them.

So I did some research and came across "Obedience, Please!" I was thrilled! I had been joking that, in honor of Taylor swift, we were going to do a "Life of a Showdog" film once I got her trained. So to find out Howie trained dogs for show biz back in the day?! What a dream. Being part boarder collie, the training was much more difficult than I had previously been hoping for on my own. Despite (and maybe because of) her incredible intelligence, she also has a tremendous amount of energy, and love to give. With my chronic condition it was just becoming too much. She's been in the program for seven weeks, has taken a huge liking to David and behaves beautifully with him. I'm nervous to have her on my own but she just graduated today and I am so much more confident! She listens like spring and she talks like June, my sweet baby angel. I've been singing to her "she's a maniac" but swapped it out with "brainiac" all afternoon: lovin' it. We have already been practicing the commands at home and plan to be diligent about continuing education. Thank you, David, for your hard work, determination and diligence with her training. You clearly care very much about this work and these dogs. Aphrodite has seen great improvement since I first dropped her off and I couldn't be more grateful. And Howie, thank you for carrying on this work for a lifetime and building such a valuable practice and team. I will always be impressed by you and your work. Sincerely, Montana
